I offer you my nice 24 m2 studio enjoying a central location between the village of Giens and Almanarre beach. The pier for the island of Porquerolles is a 15-minute walk away. It is a small nest with a living room with kitchen, its dining area, a bedroom area (new sofa bed in 160*200 + 1 armchair) and a bathroom refurbished in winter 2024. An EAST-facing balcony to enjoy the sun at breakfast and a parking space complete the property.

Beautiful 100 m² air-conditioned villa with a 700 m² Mediterranean garden, located 5 min walk from a sandy beach. It is close to all amenities (2 km from the city center). Carqueiranne is an authentic Provençal fishing village far from tourist places. Your peace of mind will be assured. There is a shared path to our house to access it (50 m).

The studio is our little corner of paradise located directly on the beach of La Bergerie. We particularly appreciate the beautiful sea views and shallow water. It's ideal for children, but we too, the older ones, enjoy the calm water. If you wake up early enough in the morning, you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise.
