Het huis ligt 5 min van de E17, 5 min van het centrum van Waregem en aan de rand van de Vlaamse Ardennen. De studio en ons huis hebben een gedeelde ingang. Je loopt even door onze woonkamer en via de trap kom je in de studio waar alle faciliteiten beschikbaar zijn. Het is heerlijk vertoeven in de ruime, natuurlijke tuin.

Charming mansion for cat lovers

Beautiful townhouse in the center of Ghent with a super cozy, green city garden. Stylishly decorated. Near the water, in the beautiful neighborhood 'De Visserij'. Easily accessible by public transport (bus stop in front of the door), near Ghent Dampoort station. The townhouse has three bedrooms (each with its own bathroom and toilet). You'll share the garden of our beautiful house with our three cats. They are very cute and used to people, they won't bother you at all!

Hello! I'm Bruno and recently I renovated my own charming and cosy house close to the centre of Gent. Everything is here for a superb stay! Great kitchen, nice shower, comfy bed's and nice sofa. It still need some small finishing touches, but it's a perfect hangout for your Gent-trip This is a real house; I'm living in it, but not while you are here :-). If you like a practical house with character you're at the right address!

Well-situated and Comfortable Home.

Our house is situated in a quiet neighborhood close to the station of Ghent. The historical Center can easily be reached on foot or by bus (10- minutes). The University Hospital (UZ) is within walking distance. The house is supplied with all conveniences. It's spacious (145 m2), with a very reliable, high-speed internet connection. This house offers you an ideal place to work, live and feel at home.

House in a quiet street, opposite a cozy park. The historic center of Ghent is easy to reach by tram or bicycle. Even on foot, it is a maximum of half an hour's walk. The highways to easily visit Antwerp, Brussels, Bruges or the coast are nearby. The house has all the comforts and is also child-friendly. The house has 2 chickens that like to be fed daily. You get the eggs with the stay!
