Holiday rentals with lake access in Ghent

Isolated house, not too much traffic, but no 4G, you have to connect to the box, a little slow, and no shops available nearby. Arrival indicated by autonomous key box but finally we had to wait for the host to come, no speaker offered and LED ball that doesn't work, average bathroom, mixed with the maintenance room and presence of a bra in a drawer with a box containing some hair, otherwise we had a good pleasant air-conditioned stay

Gwendoline is a great host, very friendly and helpful. She greeted us during check-in , was just a door knock away to help us out for anything. Her place was also very peaceful. House has everything you need except dishwasher. Location of the house is also convenient, bruges & coastline is just 20 min drive from the place. We enjoyed our stay at her place!

It was wonderful in the small cottage on the lake near Rosalie. We immediately felt comfortable and you noticed that there is a lot of attention to detail in the accommodation. Very clear recommendation! 😍

It is very close to the airport and very convenient to go to the airport. We stay here every time we travel from China to Europe or leave Europe. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It is very convenient and the room is comfortable.Totally recommend it.

With four girls and two dogs, we were looking for a place close to nature to relax from everyday life, where we can feel at home. This place is perfect for that! The house itself is beautifully decorated and has been very clean with everything you need. The pellet stove heated the house pleasantly on the cool days. The dogs enjoyed the completely fenced, opaque garden. There are many ways to do something in the area. The lake is within walking distance and we have taken many walks. The village itself is rather quiet and picturesque. Mathieu was always available and gave us (we had a flat tire) a great contact. He was available at all times and very helpful. We felt welcome. I would recommend it!

The location is great, The place was clean and we felt like home. The parking was not modest. We would definitely recommend it.

Second time in the apartment. Always perfect. This time I used the washing machine and the dryer. Professional quality and 4€/cycle. Easy to park and super close to the metro for the city center. I will for sure repeat if I have the chance.

Beautiful location and a spacious apartment! The interior is a bit outdated, but equipped with everything you need. The communication with Vera and Arno was excellent. We have enjoyed a few nice days.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was very well maintained, nothing was missing (clean towels and bed linen, complete kitchen equipment). The sea view from the balcony was particularly beautiful and when it rained from the living room through the huge balcony window. The apartment is cozy, we felt immediately at home. Frederik is very nice, courteous, helpful. In case of problems, you could call him immediately, but everything went very well with us. We would come back anytime and recommend the apartment. We had a great few days at Lisa's place seeing Brussels. It is literally seconds from Gare de Midi/Zuid station but dont worry, there's no train noise. The flat is also very walkable to the old city centre, or again there are buses and trams at the station. The flat is really spacious and comfortable, the rooms are quite large so plenty of room to spread out suitcases and bags without tripping over them. The Amazon Fire TV worked well, the kitchen is well equipped and the black out curtains are good too. There is some street noise during the day, but the bedroom is at the back so we found it very peaceful at night.

We had a lovely stay with the family. The cottage allowed us to visit family nearby while enjoying a quiet and peaceful setting with our baby. Thank you for the welcome, we will be happy to come back during our next visits.

The place was decorated with a lot of love for detail – really beautiful and very cozy. I was particularly impressed by the fantastic garden with the many roses in front of the entrance – just a highlight! There are two entrances which was super convenient, especially with dog. At the back you could comfortably go to the terrace – perfect to walk the dog. The contact with the hostess was consistently friendly and pleasant. Walking, you can quickly reach both the beach and the lake and also downtown – great location! And best of all, I slept superbly. Absolutely recommended – I will be happy to come back!

The accommodation was great! We have enjoyed the beautiful location at the holiday home. The home was completely as in the pictures. The Bornem area is beautiful for biking and hiking. The jacuzzi on the terrace of the house overlooking the pond, was blissful after a long cycling day. Just a pity that we had to provide bed linen and towels ourselves. Thank you sooo much Tim!

It was beautiful here, we will definitely book again to relax and recharge.

Sabrina's accommodation is perfect for a North Sea getaway! It has all the amenities to feel at home, it's cozy and very welcoming! We were pleasantly surprised by the calm that reigns in the surroundings. The beach is within walking distance and the surroundings are really nice for bike or walking trips. We'll be back for sure!!

We had four great days in Hendrina's little cottage. We felt very comfortable. It is very well equipped and cozy. The location is great. Bakery, supermarket, fish shop, restaurants are around the corner. The beach is also about a 1/4 hour walk. Hendrina is very symapthic. Everything perfect. We will be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Great clean apartment. Very nice communication with Angela. Good tips and nice little swimming just around the corner to jump in the water before breakfast. The location was great, small ferry to Veere and further in different directions by bike. Arrived, car parked and only cycled. At the end always to the beach, bathed and the 6 km back to the apartment. We have recovered very well.
