Behind the house is a bus stop, with hourly connections to Lofer / Zell am See, Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. A grocery store, a public outdoor swimming pool with sauna and fitness center, the Saalach and various hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the house.

In addition, the yoga room, sauna (€20 fee), spring water pool, home theater, and large terrace with grill and fire pit can be shared. Snowshoes are also available.

In the middle of the mountains, far away from street noise, we offer a cozy room with a bathroom and toilet. From here you can start great hikes and mountain tours. Quiet, relaxing location. Our rose room with balcony and cozy seating also offers a mini fridge, coffee maker, coffee powder, tea bags, kettle, dishes for 2 people for breakfast. The room is equipped with the essentials to prepare a small snack or breakfast.

Our newly built holiday apartment is located on the top floor of our farmhouse, featuring a separate entrance and accommodating as many as 6 people. Enjoy your vacation with unobstructed mountain views from your south-facing balcony. The apartment is located in the attic of a small apartment building, which is quiet yet centrally located to the town center. It is a 1-room apartment with separate bathroom, wardrobe/storage room and cooking facilities. The accommodation of animals of any kind and smoking are not permitted.
