In the immediate vicinity is a small grocery store, the elementary school Am Strückerberg, the Church of the Redeemer, a savings bank and about 300 m away the attractive Gevelsberg city center with retail, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets... The Jakobsweg leads directly past our house.

The apartment is suitable for one to two people or short stays with a toddler. A travel bed can be provided on request. The apartment is suitable for 1 to a maximum of 2 people. There is a small bathroom with shower/toilet, a living room/dining room and one bedroom. The apartment has a separate entrance and is located in a detached 3-party house in a quiet residential area. It has a fully equipped fitted kitchen. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed, but is possible in front of the apartment in a sitting area.
