Monthly Rentals in Getzville, University at Buffalo

The apartment is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, but very close (within walking distance) of restaurants, bars and cute shops. The apartment is also close to a beautiful park, an added bonus. We especially appreciated the coffee/tea and snacks Cheryl and Lance provided for our arrival. Great hosts!

We had a last minute booking but Russell was very welcome and accommodating! The room was clean and bedding very comfy! Good experience!

I booked the place for a month and it was a great place and neighborhood. Free parking next to the building was a bit tricky but still manageable. Matthew was very responsive in case of queries, issues, or special requests. I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Buffalo for short/long-term.

Adorable place walkable to a lot of great restaurants and a beautiful waterfall. Enjoyed our time!
