Private access to this historic (1820) home just off the Main street. All on one level with one step entrance (upstairs blocked off and unused). Walking distance to restaurants, bars and Glen Park with a beautiful waterfall. Backyard for pets, not fully fenced. (Please note it's an old house with uneven room transitions and a step down to the bathroom which is off the kitchen) Close to amenities but set in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful cemetery to the front and a duck pond to the side.

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!
