In the middle of it all, in an idyllic secluded location on the slope of the mountains, is the Hochgruberhof with its own cheese dairy. The two-storey chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is built of natural materials and measures 70 m2.

In winter, the ski slope passes in front of the house and the lift goes up behind the house. In summer, we are a little hidden away and can be reached via a short gravel road. The car park is right in front of the house.

At an altitude of 1,197 meters (3,927 feet), nestled in the stunning mountain scenery of the Zillertal valley, this cozy vacation rental is situated in a quiet location on the Gerlosberg near Zell am Ziller. As soon as you enter, you can feel the warm, alpine atmosphere: the furnishings feature a lot of high-quality spruce wood, which gives the rooms a natural, bright, and at the same time cozy feel.

The Bluebird Base is a cosy mountain house. It offers space for 10 people and it is located at 1200m in the Zillervalley. The rooms have been furnished with great love for detail. The house offers a well equipped common kitchen. Located high on the mountain, 12 min by car on a mountain road to the center of Zell am Ziller and 7 min with the free shuttle bus to the slopes of Zillertalarena.

Ski storage and ski boot dryer are located in the basement. Parking is available right in front of the house for free.
