Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Gerlos

Hello, we were very satisfied with the accommodation, a lot of space, an extra space for children to play. Great as a starting point for skiing and cross-country skiing. Thank you and we'd love to come back.

We stayed comfortably in 17. The house is large and spacious and matches the description. The house is surrounded by greenery and in a very quiet area. Hosts are friendly and available for our needs. Fully satisfied

Very comfortable and extremely clean home with a very accurate garden outside with a lot of games for the children and places to relax. The guest Marion was extremely friendly and she has paid a lot of attention also of the children. The house is super recommended!

The small idyll was a bit tight for 4 adults, but you can also call it simply muggy and cozy. The noise of the highway is so subtle that you don't even notice it. And so you get a really cute cottage everywhere peppered with little touches. This is still a real AirBnB where you feel welcome and where the owners have thought about. The quaint style is positively deceptive, because the house is above average equipped with charging stations, kitchen technology and co. However, I would treat the house to one more door that separates the sleeping areas from each other. Thank you for the uncomplicated hospitality It was really nice to stay with you.

We stayed with Stuart for the second time and felt right at home! It's really great to have Stuart as a host, he is easily accessible, always nice and helpful :). You have the whole house to yourself, which is a great luxury and we always enjoy very much! In Kaprun you can walk to everything from the house, but at the same time you have your peace and quiet to relax superbly. We will definitely come back several times to be Stuart's guests:)!

We had a wonderful time at the Marlies’ apartment. The apartment is specious and equipped with everything necessary. The view is amazing. As we were staying with small children, we appreciated the location: it was distant from roads, safe, and quiet. Marlies is very nice and helpful. We would be happy to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment directly above Melanie and Thomas over Easter. Right from the start, the atmosphere was very familiar and warm – it was just a great fit between people. The apartment itself really leaves nothing to be desired: high-quality furnishings, with a lot of attention to detail, and absolutely perfect for longer stays. We were particularly impressed by the large terrace with fantastic views of the surrounding mountain landscape – a real highlight! Thank you for the wonderful time, we will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay. The appartment was clean warm and comfortable. The view was incredible and the host was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble.

We had a great time at Ingrid's apartment! The accommodation is very spacious, superbly divided and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great, you have everything you need right outside the door. We were also "fast" in the Zillertal every day for skiing. Ingrid is a super host who prepared everything perfectly. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime!

Phenomenal experience! Hubert is a fantastic host and a very friendly guy. The place is great, clean, and has all the necessary amenities. It has a great view and for everybody who is there skiing it is super easy to get to the bus or train and visit any of the ski areas. I can't recommend this place enough.

Very nice apartment to stay, it was everything what we need for short stay. I like that owner provide coffee, tee and other needed in the kitchen small but important things.

We enjoyed the short trip at Lake Schliersee very much. Great quiet location with large parking on the property, clean apartment with nice balcony and nice, friendly landlords. Amenities were perfect. Welcome drink, fresh fruit and in the kitchen everything you need.

Our stay in the modernly furnished house on the river in Gmund am Tegernsee with our two children (10 and 6) was completely successful! The apartment is well equipped – from the fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds to towels, everything was available. The contact with the hosts was extraordinarily nice and straightforward. Questions were always answered quickly and competently, so we immediately felt welcome. The location couldn't be better: In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket, various restaurants, banks and even a pharmacy. For excursions or day trips, the transport connection is ideal – the bus stop and train station are within walking distance. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to leave the car all week. There was a lot to discover around the Tegernseer Valley (Wallbergbahn, Schliersberg Alm with summer toboggan run, Blomberg, etc.). We can recommend the apartment at any time. We had a wonderful week in Dagmar's apartment. It is very spacious and equipped with everything you need as a family with two children. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance in a few minutes. Buses leave nearby for the Kronplatz ski resort, but we used the car for this. Communication with Dagmar and Max was totally pleasant, all questions were answered quickly. Highly recommended!

Karin is a really friendly host, she always responded quickly and helped us with all our requests and questions. Glad that the check-in and check-out are flexible, because the key can be picked up independently. The apartment is very complete, everything needed for a nice stay is present. The location is great, the AreitXpress and several supermarkets are within walking distance.
