Holiday rentals with a pool in Gerani

Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's a classic Greek beach house with a lot of character and modern updates. We had plenty of space for our XL van, we loved the pool and of course the beach, and location was very accessible to restaurants and shops. The AC worked well throughout the house, kitchen was well equipped, and laundry and dishwasher were great too. Host responded to all our questions within minutes and was very flexible with scheduling.

Super maison avec très jolie piscine. Extrêmement propre et bien entretenu. Hôte à l’écoute, plusieurs provisions pour nous accueillir (fruits frais, eau, lait, café, pain, confitures, vin,…), très pratique pour une arrivée un dimanche. Environnement très calme. Juste à noter pour les familles avec un enfant en bas âge, l’escalier un peu raide dans la maison. Nous recommandons vraiment ce logement.

The villa literally has everything including loo rolls and washing powder. It really is a home from home. Spotlessly clean. Rustic but modern. Bug nets on the windows (with electric shutters). Outside space is big & very well kept. All beds comfortable with plump pillows. Duvets if needed. Big living area with comfy sofa. Heated pool & pool cover which kept the pool at 27° without the need to heat it. Pool cleaning robot kept the pool spotless. Robot lawn mower kept the grass tidy & free from fallen leaves. Lots of water & cakes on arrival plus he brought us special bread and also eggs from their chickens. Cats - not an issue at all. Definitely need a car. Nikoloas & Antonia are both lovely. They meticulously cleaned the pool and pool area after the orange dust storm. Communication was excellent. He checked in with us after the earthquake and also sent suggestions for things to do. I would absolutely recommend this villa. This is by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem Haus! Es ist genauso wie auf den Bildern – sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und in einer tollen Lage. Die Kingsize Betten sind sehr bequem. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war von Anfang an freundlich, respektvoll und absolut reibungslos. Schon zur Begrüßung stand ein kleines, herzliches Willkommensgeschenk in der Küche bereit: Honig, Olivenöl, Kekse und Raki – eine sehr schöne Geste! Der Blick auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Anzumerken ist, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Es liegt an einer kleinen Anwohnerstraße, aber dennoch fahren dort Autos lang und man hört es vor allem morgens extrem im Bett. Im Verlauf unseres Aufenthalts wurden wir sogar mit frischen Eiern und Orangen aus eigener Produktion überrascht. Zum Abschied gab es dann nochmals Honig und eine Flasche Raki – einfach großartig! Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar, hilfsbereit und ausgesprochen gastfreundlich. Vielen Dank für alles!

Es war einfach nur toll - die Unterkunft, der Pool, der Ausblick, die Ruhe - wir haben es sehr genossen! Der Austausch bzw Kontakt mit Manolis war auch super, schnell erreichbar und immer sehr freundlich. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen! :)

Lovely villa, perfectly clean and extremely helpful and quick with communication. We had a sand storm and they came multiple times a day to clean the pool. Thanks for an excellent stay :)

Villa anasa exceeded expectations. The pictures don't do it justice, the attention to detail in the interior is impressive. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend. Gorgios was a gracious host and helpful in every way possible.

Excelente estadia, com check-in flexível a qualquer e estacionamento. É necessário carro, fica a 10minutos do centro de chania. Piscina impecável, espaço exterior muito bem aproveitado. Interior não é muito grande, mas excelente com todas as comodidades necessárias, ainda com miminhos que os donos deixaram. Sem dúvida recomendo a hospedagem!

Fantastic place. Great views from the sun terrace overlooking the bay, so could sit and watch boats and cruise ships on their way to Chania. Only 5 mins walk down a gentle hill to the beach, shops & restaurants. Felt very private, although there were other apartments there, it is laid out so you are not overlooked. Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival and apartment staff were there every day keeping the pool and surrounding areas clean & tidy. Gas BBQ on the terrace was great. Good choice of restaurants along the beach, as well as a few small supermarkets in the centre. 40 mins drive from the airport and well positioned for visiting Chania (which was beautiful) and exploring the area. We had a thoroughly relaxing stay and have already recommended it to friends, and would definitely stay again. Kreta Eiendom's team were very responsive, when we had a small issue during our stay.

Es war super schön hier. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern. Man ist ein bisschen am Berg oben, was super schön ist, da es dort viel ruhiger ist. In die Stadt und zum Strand kommt man super zu Fuß. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

isla luxary Appartement hält was der Name verspricht. Als Familie mit mehren Generationen hatten wir die Pool- Wohnung gemietet, die sehr modern, geschmackvoll, großzügig und komfortabel war. Die großen Schlafzimmer verfügen über gepflegte, saubere Badezimmer mit genügend Handtüchern. Die Betten sind extrem bequem mit regelmäßig gewechselt Bettwäsche. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung größer als sie auf den Fotos wirkt und hat uns damit freudig überrascht. Wir benötigten für unser Baby eine Extra-Austattung, die qualitativ hochwertige war. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich.Der absolute Traum ist der architektonisch perfekt angelegte Aussenbereich mit hochwertigen, bequemen Mobiliar und gepflegten Pflanzen. Die professionelle Reinigung wird früh morgens durchgeführt und der Pool erscheint stets blitzsauber. Bei Fragen und wetterbedingten kleineren Problemen war Stamatis schnell und sachkundig zur Stelle, so dass wir uns stets gut aufgehoben fühlten. Ein besonderer Urlaub in besonderem Ambiente!

Anastasia’s apartment is really nice, the view is amazing, and the surrounding neighbourhood is peaceful perfect for a peaceful trip.

Die Unterkunft und generell die Anlage drumherum war sehr gepflegt und wir haben uns dort super wohlgefühlt. Der Pool und die Aussicht von hier aus war echt toll. Die Anlage liegt in den Bergen mit einem Weitblick zum Meer - echt schön 😍 Claudia und Marco waren sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar, falls wir Empfehlungen für die Gegend benötigt haben 🙂 Wir hatten insgesamt eine sehr erholsame Zeit 🥰

L’appartement était bien équipé et il était situé dans un petit village tranquille. Lors de notre arrivée, il y avait déjà des produits de base dans le réfrigérateur, ce qui était très apprécié. L’appartement était très propre et très bien équipé pour un court ou un long séjour. La piscine était très propre et nous avions quatre chaises réservées pour notre logement. Les plages de sable et de galets se trouvent à une distance raisonnable de l’appartement; il y en a plusieurs à visiter en Crète.

We had a wonderful stay at Alexandros’s place! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The villa itself was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable, but the real highlight was the stunning outdoor space and private pool – we truly didn’t want to leave. Alexandros was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even leaving us a selection of delicious local treats. We had everything we needed and more. The location is peaceful and offers a beautiful sea view thanks to its position on a hill – it feels like a little slice of paradise. It’s just a short drive to the charming town of Rethymno, which has plenty of great places to eat, shop, and explore. There are also supermarkets nearby if you’d rather cook and enjoy meals at the lovely villa. Do note that you’ll definitely need a car, as the villa is a bit uphill and not walkable from town – but the view and tranquility are well worth it. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. It was located in a more local area about 30-40 minutes from downtown Chania. We were surrounded by stunning views in the mountains. It was quiet, peaceful, and private. Sofia greeted us with such a friendly welcome and a delicious home cooked meal. She was very responsive too. We also enjoyed her local restaurant recommendations. The home itself is beautiful, it was lovely learning about its history and how beautifully traditional the home was kept yet equipped with many updated amenities. Note that renting a car is a must! We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone.

Great week spent just relaxing and had everything we needed. Pool was a great relief to the heat and visiting the local supermarket meant we cooked several times int he bbq and had breakfast looking over the views. Communication was great through out with some good recommendations. Loved that we had a mid week set of new towels / sheets and rubbish removed. It was just what we wanted - relaxed in a lovely location close to amenities . Thank you x

The property is beautiful and location just perfect just a 15mins bus ride to the harbor which is full of nice restaurants and shops etc. The property is a short walk to the beautiful beaches with a few beach bars with nice food and drink and restaurant not far away with very nice food. Die Ferienwohnung war topp, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Gute Lage zwischen Flughafen und Chania. Besonders hervorheben möchte aber die sehr gute Kommunikation und Lösungsorientierung mit Effie. Ich hatte die Ferienwohnung für unsere Tochter (war damals noch 17 Jahre alt) und ihr Freunde gemietet. Effie war von Anfang an offen für diese Buchung und hat alles sehr positiv unterstützt. Sie war immer sehr schnell erreichbar und hat uns immer das Gefühl von Sicherheit gegeben. Als unserer Tochter wieder Zuhause war, hatte sie nur Gutes und Wertschätzendes zu der gesamten Reise geäußert. Effie war auch mehrfach in der Ferienwohnung und hat wertvolle Infos und Tipps mitgeteilt. Es war einfach alles nur sehr schön. Lieben Dank Effie!!

Absolutely incredible stay at the villa very opulent from the minute the gate opens . So spacious,5 of us stayed for 1 week and the villa was just perfect. The outside area was amazing for relaxing wish we could have stayed longer. And will definitely book again with Dimitrios. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Thank you

Mathios en Lilian, ontzettend bedankt voor het fantastische verblijf. Het heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen. We hebben genoten van de heerlijke luxe en het comfort, het ontbrak ons aan niets. Samen met onze 3-jarige zoon hebben we een geweldige tijd gehad en volop genoten.

We had a great stay in Crete in Atsipopoulo. The location is really great - since Atsipopulo is near the middle of the island, it's just about 1 hour to either Heraklion or Chania. It's also quick to get to the south side of Crete. We rented a car and were able to find parking near by consistently during our stay in May. We were told by other guests that the bus to Rethymo was easy but we don't have personal experience with this. Within walking distance is a grocery store, several restaurants and bakeries. The restaurants are mostly fast food, but just up the road are some great tavernas. Manolis is a great host and responded to all of our questions. Our room was cleaned weekly. We enjoyed our room very much, but what really made us love our stay was all of the common spaces. The rooftop was our favorite place to relax as well as get some work done. There are also friendly cats, which was a huge plus for us.

Great place. Only complaint, which is not a reflection necessarily on the place, was that Airbnb’s directions to the place was inaccurate. The villa is listed on google maps - that location is accurate.
