Small, quiet 50-square-metre apartment with a unique style and a traditional feel, located at an altitude of 500 metres, featuring a large courtyard and an unobstructed view of the White Mountains. 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom with a shower, a comfortable living area with a sofa, two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. Sleeps 2-4 people. Right next door, in the same large courtyard, there is another one of our apartments for 4 people. By car: 20 minutes to the Samaria Gorge, 30 minutes to Chania, 60 minutes to the Libyan Sea, 10 minutes to the supermarket.

The traditional spacious 160 m2 villa is a 3,5 m in height stone house, which can comfortably accommodate a group up to 6 people. It is located in Gerani village, only 180m from the beach and 12km from Chania. It features a private garden lush with trees, plants, flowers and a private swimming pool. The villa boasts 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room, dining room and a kitchen, all of which are air-conditioned. A flat-screen TV and unlimited Wi-Fi- internet are also provided.

Next to Chania (Crete), two floors privately owned 300 m. luxury villa, with swimming pool and parking area. It is located in a 4,000 square metres private yard with olive, orange and lemon trees, very close to the protected nature area of the “Agia Lake”. At a distance of some 4km you will find two of best organised sandy beaches of the Chania area. There is a bus station at 200 meters from the villa with a regular service to Chania, where you will find connections to all parts of Crete.
