top location! we really enjoyed it! However, 1 night is too short we'd love to come back with a little more time!

Beautiful cottage in an oasis of peace. The boat was really an added value for us! Well-maintained and very clean. Highly recommended. Friendly host, quick to respond and helped us where needed.

Villa Gigi is a beautiful old house wonderfully located on the water. We will definitely be back because Ghent is worth several stays!

We had an exceptional time at Franklin's place. The accommodation is a small cocoon in nature, perfect for disconnecting from everyday life and enjoying the calm. Between the hot tub under the stars, the campfire in the evening and the green setting, everything comes together for a romantic and refreshing getaway. The accommodation is tastefully decorated, very clean and perfectly equipped. Franklin is a thoughtful and welcoming host. Thank you so much for this timeless break, we will come back without hesitation. Nad and Lucie.

The stay was perfect the only small downside I would say the jaccuzi at 33 degrees, while outside it was not too hot. But otherwise everything was perfect

Great place in a beautiful setting with nice restaurants nearby. Nice welcome from Aurélie and Ghislain, impeccable cleanliness and some nice little touches. Special mention for the amazing terrace directly on the lake

The check-in was extremely smooth and all information was given very clearly. All details about the apartment were laid out clearly and we did not need to ask for anything. The place was extremely clean, very well and thoughtfully organized. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything was working perfectly. The bathroom was very clean and cozy (having a shampoo and/or shower gel would've been nicer). The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Photos do not give justice to the views from the kot, it was simply amazing. The area is very nice for a walk and run there are options to go for kayaking and pedaling in the lake. 100% recommending this place for a nice, cozy runaway.

The host was SO helpful. I couldn't get a train (the machine said next one was 500+ minutes due to delays) , my phone was dying, no taxis in front on the train station and Uber doesn't work in mons. I reached out for help and they sent me a number, then when I had issues again with transportation or needed advice on other things the host sent me more help. They are amazing at communicating and very fast. I booked this Airbnb area very last minute so couldn't do much research and am SO happy I got to experince a small town with such a helpful host! I wish I had time to stayed one more day! You can walk to a few hiking locations if you have the time!
