On the ground floor you enter the house and you immediately take the stairs to the first floor.There is the bedroom,bathroom and toilet.Then you go upstairs through the fixed attic stairs and you enter the loft.You can stay in this cozy space.You have the seating area,dining table and kitchen area.The door of the large round window brings you to the terrace. You have to climb two stairs to get to the loft.The 2nd bed is in the sittingarea. A little dangerous for children,so only babies allowed.

This very spacious house is occupied by Tom during the week, and during weekends and holiday periods, he rents out his house. It is located in the Flemish Ardennes, between fields and meadows. You can enjoy views and a large garden with a cozy fireplace. There is a garage at the house (with dartboard) and a driveway for an extra car. The house has 3 spacious bedrooms (2x2-person and 1x1-person room), spacious bathroom, living room with beamer as television and an open kitchen.

In addition to its unique location, it is above all very quiet to stay with lots of greenery and offers an excellent base for cycling or hiking in the beautiful Flemish Ardennes. The Market is located at 600m from house. At the front there is a cozy sun terrace. There are barely any cars in the street. It is very quiet, making it great for breakfast on the terrace in the morning.

The cottage and swimming pool are located in our garden, overlooking the hills and our farm animals. The swimming pool is heated during the season (depending on weather conditions from May/June to September). Out of season, the swimming pool is accessible to the polar bears!
