Spacious house and easy to find - location was perfect for what we needed for a trip to the Kentucky Horse Park! Less than 15 min drive and very comfortable for the 4 of us that stayed

We LOVED staying at Tina's! She and Miranda were super responsive and friendly! They were gracious enough to allow my husband and I along with our two young boys the opportunity to interact with the horses and walk the property. It was wonderful to take our time and the spring weather was an excellent break from our normal Michigan winter. They have the best cooking pans I've ever experienced in an Airbnb - big bonus for breakfast time! Having the option to eat out in the open or in the screened porch was a great bonus. About a 7 minute drive to town- far enough away for peace and quiet, close enough to have easy access to major stores, highway and local joints! Definitely check out Local Feed for an amazing supper and drinks! Soft towels and a nice washer & dryer! Can't wait to come back to Kentucky to stay again!

The house was as advertised and perfect for our staff for our horse show at KHP. Mr. George was very attentive, even messaging he was sending someone to fix a porch light day of our arrival. Great house, great location to park. Will book again!

My family thoroughly enjoyed this house. The king bed was very comfortable and we were grateful for the bathroom night light, the throw blankets, the many hooks and the soft TP! Most of all, the kids loved the Pac-Man, hot tub and swing set. They were sad to say goodbye at the end of our vacation. A few minor issues - the lighting in the living room could have been brighter and there were some bees in the backyard. All-in-all, we enjoyed are stay and are very grateful for Carlos hosting us.
