Great, pet-friendly location near the Kentucky Horse Park! We really loved having a fenced in yard for my dog, as well as an ample size kitchen and full laundry. The house was exactly as described, and was equipped with all basic amenities that you may need. It was such an easy and pleasant day for us!

Logan went above and beyond when the Kentucky river began overflowing near the house. He quickly coordinated another location so we would remain safe and made sure the unexpected change was as easy as possible. The entire stay exceeded expectations.

I arrived after spending a few days in a really congested and busy city and Annie's place was the perfect place to unwind and slow down. It is bright, open, airy, clean, and cared for with love and attention to detail. Annie was very responsive and the house had what I needed. The plants made all the difference - the indoor and outdoor plants were well maintained and added to making me feel at home. I've stayed in several Airbnb's in Lexington as I have family there, but this was the best.

Charming place surrounding by farm and animals! Great for a quick getaway.

Toni's place was just as expected and was perfect for our Derby weekend stay. The backyard is peaceful with beautiful surroundings and we enjoyed watching the Purple Martins flying in and out of their bird house.

Our stay in the motor coach was great. Such a beautiful place and the motor coach itself was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. And Travis was great, he offered to FaceTime before check in to go over everything in the rv to make sure our stay was great.

Harrison was an amazing Host! The house was immaculate and had everything you could want to feel at home and relax. This is a premier spot to take your family for Visiting the gorgeous and historic Lexington. Thank you so much for an amazing place to gather as we celebrated our son’s graduation.

It was a great place to stay pool is on smaller side but worked great with the two kids. Game room was great had fun playing shuffle board and cornhole. All the arcade games worked. Hot tub was great and had a nice set up by the pool. Fenced in pool/lounge area. Not many outside bugs and only had a some ants but that is expected staying in the country. We had the toilet handle break just from wear and tear and they sent a plumber out first thing next day to fix it. Great response time from the host. Over all a great place close enough to red river gorge to explore. Will be a place we stay at again.

We enjoyed our stay at Hilltop Paradise. Sonya is a wonderful host, very friendly and accomodative. I loved Axle and Bailey, as well as the other dogs. The property is beautiful, and I love the new Barndo rental that she is now offering, which she let us tour. I would recommend staying with Sonya, she is great! The property is also close to the Red River Gorge, which is a plus for anyone that wants to enjoy what the Gorge has to offer. This would be a great place to enjoy with a big group, whether it be family or friends, as there are 3 separeate rentals that could accomodate your group. We plan to stay again.

Matt’s place was centrally located for distillery hopping. Taylorsville lake is a great destination for outdoor recreation. The house was well furnished and very comfortable. The gated community is quiet and off the beaten path. We had a great week and highly recommend.

Great place in downtown Georgetown that’s convenient to Horse Park, Bourbon Trail, Lexington, and several great restaurants. Comfy beds and clean apartment. You won’t regret staying here!

Great place to stay if you’re in the area, I would stay again.

We loved our time at the Gopher Wood cabin! It was a great spot to unwind after our busy days at the Ark Encounter (20 min drive) and the Creation Museum (1 hour drive). The bird watching was on point and the valley was very peaceful. The place was just like the pictures, and everything was very clean. We would stay there again!

Loved staying here! I loved the aesthetic of the place and loved being right on the water. It's such a beautiful spot!

I highly recommend this cottage. Extremely clean with all the comforts of home. Keurig with Kcups, breakfast items and bottled water. Wonderful choice of bathroom toiletries. Host greeted us with true southern charm so much that we immediately felt right at home. She even directed us to a local restaurant that was fabulous!! The best part was the peaceful surroundings with a beautiful backyard view of horses and birds from the private deck. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

We would like to give Lay Over House a huge heartfelt thank you . . . Five gal pals visiting Georgetown to ride the Horsey Hundred, we stumbled across this Airbnb listing when looking for a place to stay. From the time the reservations were made, all the way through check-out, we can't thank our Host enough. It was so wonderful to come "home" every night to a cozy house, with fluffy towels and comfy beds, and a relaxing backyard. The pictures and amenities were just as stated (and then some), and the bonus was a 2 car garage to house our gear and a driveway big enough to park 3 cars. Lay Over House was minutes from the event, close to great restaurants and a short drive into Lexington to squeeze in a distillery tour. And an added thank you to our Host for helping us plan a route to ride our bikes from the house to the park, and checking in periodically through-out our visit to make sure everything was perfect. Truly one of our best Airbnb experiences.

Great Spot and perfect for our visit to Lexington and surrounding areas. It’s a Quiet neighborhood with sidewalks. Our dog loved the big back yard. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice little home in a peaceful neighborhood. Inside the house was great; exactly as the listing described. The only downside to the house we stayed at (which one is not Mary’s fault at all) is that the driveway had a huge drop off where the drain is that could take off a bumper. However, Mary was a phenomenal host and very responsive. 10/10 would book with her again
