Condo holiday rentals in Genoa

First of all, I would like to thank Giulia and her husband for the wonderful welcome and the help they gave us to be able to leave our car safely in a free car park. In addition to this kindness, they left us coffee and biscuits and other small groceries in case we needed them. Giulia's apartment is very clean and very well located in the historic centre of Genoa which is very convenient for walking to all the cultural sites. It is also a very lively neighborhood with a multitude of restaurants and bars nearby. Giulia leaves a lot of recommendations for activities and restaurants that are very close to her apartment. I highly recommend you try it. In the end, I 100% recommend this apartment.

A great place from which to explore Genova. Or to sit on the terrace and do nothing if that’s what you want. Laura is an excellent host with lots of helpful suggestions. We’ll be back!

The stay in Genoa was beautiful, we were able to enjoy a great apartment in an old building. Strategic location for both walking and using public transport. Luisella was extremely kind and helpful, we will keep her in mind if we return to the city. Thank you for everything and see you soon

This was great! Clean apt, elevator building, a/c, washer in unit. It’s very close to the train, and a very short walk to food and shopa!

Stefano is an ideal host, very friendly and welcoming. He also provided us with very good addresses and good recommendations for our stay in Genoa. The apartment is very nice with atypical decoration, like a museum. The bedding was also very comfortable. At first glance the street seems a little "hostile" but we had no problems except a little noise the first evening. Please note, however, that there are many steps to climb to access the apartment. Finally, I highly recommend Stefano's accommodation.

Silvia is a wonderful host and personally greeted us upon arrival. Communication was excellent and information about the apartment and appliances was thorough and easy to understand. A booklet with great recommendations is provided along with info about various tours, etc. The apartment is truly stunning and blends historic details with contemporary furnishings in a very sophisticated way. The five large "porte-fenêtre" create an indoor/outdoor feeling. The location is on an important and characteristic narrow street in the historic center of wonderful Genoa. Everything you need is within walking distance. You’ll experience the sights and sounds of daily life in the city. Silvia has thought of and provided everything you will need for a first class stay: excellent wifi/thorough appliance instructions/well appointed kitchen/Nespresso/comfortable bed/nice linens/large TV/keyless entry/art books about Genoa/welcome bottles of water and snacks. Excellent location, convenient and central (note that this comes with noise on Saturday night until late). The accommodation is well equipped and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Central apartment very close to the Cathedral, very quiet and cozy. Only problem if you are high attention to the bed on the mezzanine...but once you "took the measures" no problem. Self check-in always leaves us a little sad. There is no one to welcome you and provide you with useful tips for your stay.... we found neither maps of the city nor other information ...so we left a copy of our paper guide for the next Italian guests. Elle allowed us to anticipate our entrance by a couple of hours compared to 3:00 p.m. Be careful not to turn off the refrigerator...the switch is with everyone else!

It’s been our third stay in the casina blu. We love it so much and it never disappoints. It’s like coming home in the holidays. Silvia is very kind and caring. The apartment is peaceful and quiet, with amazing views of the sea and of nature.If we could give more stars we would.

Great stay at Gian Luca's! The apartment is impeccable and perfectly located for visiting the city. The hosts are very responsive and attentive to guests! In the streets around the apartment, there are many prostitutes. This did not bother or worry us, but it is a parameter to take into account. Thanks again to the two hosts

We had a fantastic stay at this very special apartment in Genoa. We were three friends traveling together, and the apartment was incredibly spacious and full of character. It has a unique artistic charm – not your standard holiday flat, but something with real soul. The apartment was clean and in great condition, with the kind of patina you’d expect from a historic building – full of atmosphere, yet with everything perfectly functional. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were all well-equipped, and the terrace was an absolute highlight: stunning views over the port and a perfect spot to unwind. Communication was flawless and proactive from start to finish. The location is excellent – close to everything you might need, yet peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a unique place with personality. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay at Giuseppe and Valeria's. The accommodation is very nice with its large terrace in the heart of old Genoa. The kitchen is very functional and well equipped . Giuseppe is very available to advise holidaymakers and in case of problems. Really perfect. We will be happy to come back 😍

We really appreciate the hospitality from host and family. We had no trouble getting in. Easily were able to get to Portifino (by bus) and Cinque Terre (by train). But Rapallo itself felt special and was the highlight. Great place to walk to and from the beach and restaraunts. The people, as always in Italy, were extremely warm and inviting. Truly a pleasure and we wish our hosts the best of luck in the future!

We loved our stay in Santa Margherita! Cosimo’s place was clean, spacious and quiet. It’s walkable without big luggage (5 minutes from the station, but up steep stairs!). We stayed with our 6 month baby and walked to the main city centre multiple times. Thank you for your lovely home- we would recommend this place to anyone travelling to the area!

Fabrizio and his wife welcomed us warmly, they were very available and discreet. The brand new apartment with a terrace is impeccably clean, and nothing is missing. The view is very soothing in the wooded and flowery countryside, and the pool is very beautiful and clean. A little extra, their wine is very good, We recommend it!!

An unforgettable stay in Genoa! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The accommodation is even more beautiful than in the photos: tastefully decorated, clean, warm and very well-equipped. Every detail has been carefully crafted. The rooftop with hot tub is a real gem, offering beautiful views and an incomparable moment of relaxation – a real plus that makes the experience unique. The location is ideal for exploring the city, and everything was exactly as described… or even beyond our expectations. I would 100% recommend this BnB for an exceptional stay in Genova.

This is a place that I would take whoever I come back to the region. It is located in a very quiet yet near to all attractions, restaurants and where you should visit. The house is super clean and is as same as we saw in pictures. Breathtaking view, and all facilities and amenities were available. Carla was one of the best hosts we’ve ever met. She made herself available to meet and guide us through everything we would need, very available with speed of response. This is a no brained to pick when you plan to come to Rapallo, Santa Margherita or to Portofino.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The view is fantastic. Not so close to the coastal road, but also not too high. Didn't need a car all week. 2 euros for the bus to Genoa, or Saint Margaret is also casual. I guess this won't be the last time with Carlo and Lucia. Very nice, thank you

Pierangelo was extremely kind, available and always responsive. The accommodation is peaceful with a stunning view and an amazing pool. We had an incredible time and can’t wait to be back!

Mara is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. She kept making sure everything was okay or if we were missing something. Communication was super fast.

Divide & Laura we superb hosts. They responded promptly to all messages and requests. Laura was really friendly, she met us at the property and explained everything. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, whilst its small they have used the space in a really clever way and there is everything you need, The pool looked lovely but we didn’t use it, The views are fantastic and once you have parked your car everything is in walking distance, we loved our stay and will be back.
