Condo holiday rentals in Genoa

Tout d'abord j'aimerais remercier Giulia et son mari pour l'accueil magnifique et l'aide qu'ils nous ont apporté pour pouvoir laisser notre voiture en toute sécurité dans un parking gratuit. En plus de cette gentillesse ils nous ont laissé du café et des biscuits et d'autres petites courses au cas ou on aurait besoin. L'appartement de Giulia est très propre et très bien situé au centre historique de Gênes ce qui est très pratique pour aller à pied à tous les sites culturels. C'est aussi un quartier très vivant avec multitude de restaurants et bars à proximité. Giulia laisse pas mal de recommandations pour des activités et pour des restaurants qui sont très proches de son appartement. Je vous conseille vivement d'essayer. En fin je recommande à 100% cet appartement.

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, sehr zentral. Paola, Lauras Mitarbeiterin, hat uns empfangen und alles gezeigt. Kommunikation mit Laura war super einfach, vor, während und am Ende unseres Aufenthaltes. Danke viel Mals für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This was great! Clean apt, elevator building, a/c, washer in unit. It’s very close to the train, and a very short walk to food and shopa!

Paolo foi muito simpático, deu-nos sugestões de sítios onde ir e onde comer em Génova. A casa era ótima, com muito espaço e todas as comodidades necessárias para nos sentirmos bem. Gostámos muito

Stefano est un hôte idéal, très sympathique et accueillant. Il nous a également fourni de très bonnes adresses et de bonnes recommandations pour notre séjour à gênes. L’appartement est très agréable avec une décoration atypique, à l’image d’un musée. La literie était également très confortable. À première vue la rue paraît un peu « hostile » mais nous n’avons eu aucun problème si ce n’est un peu de bruit la première soirée. Attention cependant beaucoup de marches sont à monter pour accéder à l’appartement. Pour finir, je recommande vivement le logement de Stefano.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per due notti e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La casa era pulita, accogliente e ben attrezzata, perfetta per un breve soggiorno in città. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere il centro e le principali attrazioni, ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla. Il check-in è stato semplice e Giulia è stata sempre disponibile e gentile, fornendoci tutte le informazioni utili per godere al meglio del nostro soggiorno. Consigliamo vivamente questo appartamento e speriamo di poter tornare presto!

Silvia is a wonderful host and personally greeted us upon arrival. Communication was excellent and information about the apartment and appliances was thorough and easy to understand. A booklet with great recommendations is provided along with info about various tours, etc. The apartment is truly stunning and blends historic details with contemporary furnishings in a very sophisticated way. The five large "porte-fenêtre" create an indoor/outdoor feeling. The location is on an important and characteristic narrow street in the historic center of wonderful Genoa. Everything you need is within walking distance. You’ll experience the sights and sounds of daily life in the city. Silvia has thought of and provided everything you will need for a first class stay: excellent wifi/thorough appliance instructions/well appointed kitchen/Nespresso/comfortable bed/nice linens/large TV/keyless entry/art books about Genoa/welcome bottles of water and snacks. Appartamento centrale vicinissimo alla Cattedrale, molto silenzioso ed accogliente. Unico problema se siete alti attenzione al letto sul soppalco....ma una volta "prese le misure" no problem. Il self check in ci lascia sempre un po' tristi non c'è nessuno ad accoglierti e a fornirti consigli utili per il soggiorno....non abbiamo trovato nè mappe della città nè altre informazioni ...così abbiamo lasciato copia della nostra guida cartacea per i prossimi ospiti italiani. Elle ci ha permesso di anticipare il nostro ingresso di un paio d'ore rispetto alle 15. Fate attenzione poi a non spegnere il frigorifero...l'interruttore è insieme a tutti gli altri!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich super, um von dort aus die Stadt zu erkunden. Bisher eines der schönsten Airbnb in denen wir bisher waren. Es ist einfach an alles gedacht und die Kommunikation ist super!

It’s been our third stay in the casina blu. We love it so much and it never disappoints. It’s like coming home in the holidays. Silvia is very kind and caring. The apartment is peaceful and quiet, with amazing views of the sea and of nature.If we could give more stars we would.

Super séjour chez Gian Luca ! L'appartement est impeccable et parfaitement situé pour visiter la ville. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et aux petits soins avec les voyageurs ! Dans les rues autour de l'appartement, il ya beaucoup de prostituées. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé ni inquiété mais c'est un paramètre à prendre en compte. Merci encore aux deux hôtes

We had a fantastic stay at this very special apartment in Genoa. We were three friends traveling together, and the apartment was incredibly spacious and full of character. It has a unique artistic charm – not your standard holiday flat, but something with real soul. The apartment was clean and in great condition, with the kind of patina you’d expect from a historic building – full of atmosphere, yet with everything perfectly functional. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were all well-equipped, and the terrace was an absolute highlight: stunning views over the port and a perfect spot to unwind. Communication was flawless and proactive from start to finish. The location is excellent – close to everything you might need, yet peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a unique place with personality. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Giuseppe et Valeria . Le logement est très agréable avec sa grande terrasse au cœur du vieux Gênes. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée . Giuseppe est très disponible pour conseiller les vacanciers et en cas de soucis . Vraiment parfait . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir 😍

Appartement agréable et très lumineux avec une très jolie vue. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et Sabrina nous a gâtés avec sa gentillesse et plein de bonnes choses pour notre petit déjeuner. Le plus est sûrement la place parking, très utile à Gênes ! Sabrina est extrêmement réactive et attentive à nos demandes. Je conseille sans hésiter et on reviendra avec joie.

Le logement est très propre, la piscine est magnifique, attention prévoir de bonnes jambes pour descendre en ville, pas beaucoup de bus et stationnement payant si vous descendez en voiture

We loved our stay in Santa Margherita! Cosimo’s place was clean, spacious and quiet. It’s walkable without big luggage (5 minutes from the station, but up steep stairs!). We stayed with our 6 month baby and walked to the main city centre multiple times. Thank you for your lovely home- we would recommend this place to anyone travelling to the area!

Tamara was a great host. She welcomed us very friendly and gave lot of recommendations about the area. Even when our dog got sick she was very helpful and supportive. The Appartement was great, very comfy and clean. The balcony was perfect for breakfast and dinner. Would definetely recommend to go there.

Fabrizio et son épouse nous ont accueillis chaleureusement, ils ont été très disponibles et discrets. L'appartement tout neuf avec une terrasse est impeccablement propre, et rien ne manque. La vue est très apaisante dans la campagne arborée et fleurie, et la piscine très belle et propre. Petit plus, leur vin est très bon, Nous recommandons !!

Un séjour inoubliable à Gênes ! Tout était absolument parfait du début à la fin. Le logement est encore plus beau que sur les photos : décoré avec beaucoup de goût, propre, chaleureux et très bien équipé. Chaque détail a été pensé avec soin. Le rooftop avec jacuzzi est un véritable bijou, offrant une vue magnifique et un moment de détente incomparable – un vrai plus qui rend l’expérience unique. La localisation est idéale pour découvrir la ville, et tout était exactement conforme à la description… voire même au-delà de nos attentes. Je recommande à 100 % ce BnB pour un séjour exceptionnel à Genova.

This is a place that I would take whoever I come back to the region. It is located in a very quiet yet near to all attractions, restaurants and where you should visit. The house is super clean and is as same as we saw in pictures. Breathtaking view, and all facilities and amenities were available. Carla was one of the best hosts we’ve ever met. She made herself available to meet and guide us through everything we would need, very available with speed of response. This is a no brained to pick when you plan to come to Rapallo, Santa Margherita or to Portofino.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick ist Fantastisch. Nicht so dicht an der Küstenstraße, aber auch nicht zu hoch. Hatten die ganze Woche kein Auto benötigt. 2 Euro für den Bus nach Genua, oder Sankt Margarita ist auch lässig. Vermutlich wird das nicht das letzte Mal bei Carlo und Lucia gewesen sein. Divide & Laura we superb hosts. They responded promptly to all messages and requests. Laura was really friendly, she met us at the property and explained everything. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, whilst its small they have used the space in a really clever way and there is everything you need, The pool looked lovely but we didn’t use it, The views are fantastic and once you have parked your car everything is in walking distance, we loved our stay and will be back.
