Condo holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Genoa

We stayed 5 nights. Giulia and her husband greeted us in person. They had also thoughtfully provided fresh pasta, pesto and cookies for us to prepare dinner on our first night. The apartment is well-appointed, had everything we needed and is extremely well located in the historical center. Most sites are within easy walking distance and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and food shops nearby. We would gladly return.

A great place from which to explore Genova. Or to sit on the terrace and do nothing if that’s what you want. Laura is an excellent host with lots of helpful suggestions. We’ll be back!

The stay in Genoa was beautiful, we were able to enjoy a great apartment in an old building. Strategic location for both walking and using public transport. Luisella was extremely kind and helpful, we will keep her in mind if we return to the city. Thank you for everything and see you soon

Great place! Gaia was the warmest and most helpful host! She was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our 1 week stay at the apartment. She shared plenty of tips and local recommendations which were appreciated. Gaia welcomed us in person and showed us around the apartment as well as the local area. We stayed at Monica's place for 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The apartment was perfect for exploring Genoa with its incredibly central location - we could walk everywhere with ease. The combined living/sleeping area worked brilliantly for us since we were always out sightseeing. Monica is an exceptional host who waited for our arrival and gave us a thorough tour of both the building and apartment, showing us where to find everything. This personal touch made settling in so much easier! The location is unbeatable - there's a delightful bakery right across the street for fresh breakfast, and just steps away you'll discover a charming street packed with fantastic restaurants and cafes. Perfect for food lovers! The bathroom exceeded expectations with strong shower pressure and all essentials thoughtfully provided. While the apartment sits on a busy street due to the prime central location, Monica had even provided earplugs just in case (though we didn't need them

Central apartment very close to the Cathedral, very quiet and cozy. Only problem if you are high attention to the bed on the mezzanine...but once you "took the measures" no problem. Self check-in always leaves us a little sad. There is no one to welcome you and provide you with useful tips for your stay.... we found neither maps of the city nor other information ...so we left a copy of our paper guide for the next Italian guests. Elle allowed us to anticipate our entrance by a couple of hours compared to 3:00 p.m. Be careful not to turn off the refrigerator...the switch is with everyone else!

this was a gorgeous Airbnb, looked like an hotel (super fancy! ) and the HUGE balcony offered a breathtaking view of the city! I 100% recommend it, and I will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay at this very special apartment in Genoa. We were three friends traveling together, and the apartment was incredibly spacious and full of character. It has a unique artistic charm – not your standard holiday flat, but something with real soul. The apartment was clean and in great condition, with the kind of patina you’d expect from a historic building – full of atmosphere, yet with everything perfectly functional. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were all well-equipped, and the terrace was an absolute highlight: stunning views over the port and a perfect spot to unwind. Communication was flawless and proactive from start to finish. The location is excellent – close to everything you might need, yet peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a unique place with personality. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great stay at Gian Luca's! The apartment is impeccable and perfectly located for visiting the city. The hosts are very responsive and attentive to guests! In the streets around the apartment, there are many prostitutes. This did not bother or worry us, but it is a parameter to take into account. Thanks again to the two hosts

We had a great stay at Giuseppe and Valeria's. The accommodation is very nice with its large terrace in the heart of old Genoa. The kitchen is very functional and well equipped . Giuseppe is very available to advise holidaymakers and in case of problems. Really perfect. We will be happy to come back 😍

This Airbnb was one of the best I’ve stayed at. It’s in a great location for a great price with an amazing host. Bruno was very friendly and gave us a welcome gift. He waited us to arrive and showed us how to get into the house and explained everything clearly. He also gave us a few restaurants recommendations that I appreciated a lot. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back soon!!

We were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment was very clean and tidy, including breakfast! Sabrina was very kind, welcoming and helpful. Ready and attentive in giving us all the information to enjoy the tourist attractions and local dishes.

The accommodation is very clean, the pool is beautiful, be careful to have good legs to go down to town, not many buses and paid parking if you go down by car

We loved our stay in Santa Margherita! Cosimo’s place was clean, spacious and quiet. It’s walkable without big luggage (5 minutes from the station, but up steep stairs!). We stayed with our 6 month baby and walked to the main city centre multiple times. Thank you for your lovely home- we would recommend this place to anyone travelling to the area!

Fabrizio's place was perfect! The surrounding area is beautiful, and both the apartment and pool are very well maintained. Everything felt clean and fresh, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The local pizzeria they recommended is definitely worth a visit, and the wine Fabrizio makes is also excellent. We'd be happy to return for a longer stay next time.

An unforgettable stay in Genoa! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The accommodation is even more beautiful than in the photos: tastefully decorated, clean, warm and very well-equipped. Every detail has been carefully crafted.
