Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Genoa

The apartment was perfectly located, in the middle of the old town streets, yet quiet and bright and with a huge roof terrace where we could enjoy the morning cafe and the evening aperitivo. We also appreciated the luxury of the 2 bathrooms. Everything's great!

It was a wonderful home that met our needs. Dario, was very friendly and welcoming and had provided for everything we need. He was also interested during our stay if we had any need. She had made sure there were basic supplies for the house, which you don't often meet. All rooms were spacious with everything necessary. The view from the 9th floor was amazing and we would definitely enjoy the balconies if the weather was more suitable. The description of the house and the photos were exactly as in reality. I definitely don't have anything negative to say.

The appartment was exactly as we expected by the pictures! It was very hot, but there were two aircos to help us with that. Very smooth check in and out, lovely host!!

The place has all the comforts, clean and furnished with care. The location is ideal, being close to the train station and the center of Moneglia. Absolutely appreciate the parking space in the garage.

Giampaolo was a great host and we loved his home. We would definitely stay there again.

The house is phenomenal, better than what's shown in the photos: it shows Giorgio's soul. The location is very good, in a very quiet village but with all the services, and very close to towns with more life, and exceptional to visit places such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Serravalle,... The access frightens the first time, but right away you get, as it is wide enough and illuminated. Giorgio and his family welcomed us personally even though they left immediately for a trip. The house has absolutely everything: oil, vinegar, spices, coffee (my husband fell in love with his coffee maker), gels, washing machine soap... and all kinds of kitchenware. The pool is small, just as seen in the photos, but ideal for us. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very spacious, with air conditioning in each of them. We would definitely repeat!

Fabio is an extremely responsive, thoughtful and helpful host, he always responded within minutes, provided a guide about the house and came to make sure that all is well. He even managed to book a taxi for early morning for some of us to get to the airport and gave us tips about the area- we are beyond grateful. The terrace is amazing, probably one of the best views in the city and it is huge with a great view and the beds and rooms are very comfortable. We were 6 people and he prepared all the beds for us in advance which made everything so much easier ☺️ The kitchen is also nice with lots of modern equipment. The location is not in the old town centre but it is very central and the metro is 2 mins away and it’s very easy to get back to the flat with a taxi at night (takes 10 mins even at 2am!). I will definitely try to come and stay again and 100% recommend staying here! Thank you so so much for a great stay!

The apartment was brand new located above the harbor. The port itself seems to be under construction or at least the entire infrastructure around it. I don't know about public transport because we were by car, plus an underground garage, unfortunately, it was extra paid. Very close to everything if you're traveling by car. Great apartment, very large terrace, very comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom very clean and spacious. We have a great stay.

Mara is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. She kept making sure everything was okay or if we were missing something. Communication was super fast.

Our stay was fantastic. The apartment had nice high ceilings, the shower was nice, the beds too. And Antje had provided info about restaurants, shops. We have been eating ore at three restaurants, breakfast and it was all top and tasteful. The location is really good, you are everywhere within 10 minutes. Also nice that there was tea and water and coffee and the communication with Antje was great. We just couldn't get the lockbox open properly, but in the end it worked.

Very cozy place a 10-minute walk from Piazza Principe station. The property has all the comforts and is in a great location to reach the main points of interest on foot. Very friendly and helpful host

Great apartment for exploring the city. Location close to the harbor and with the transport you were quickly in the center. Great also that there is a locked parking garage (about 200m away). Unfortunately, the WLAN/WIFI did not work. Otherwise everything was as described. At night it was very hot (high summer stop). Sleeping with open windows also means it's noisy, but we've all slept well anyway. ;)

The apartment was super equipped ( washing machine and dishwasher also available) and is a great size! Basically, the apartment was clean and tidy, but the floor was dusty . We got good tips for our stay from our contact person and was very quickly accessible! Glad to come back

The home was exactly what I was looking, a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy nature. Close to all the places you might need to get to in the area e.g. Camogli, Portofino, Santa Margherita etc. If you don’t have a 4x4 you can leave the car in a free on street parking spot (which is a luxury for the area) and walk a couple of minutes to the home like we did, no big deal it’s part of the experience. If you have a 4x4 you can drive directly to the home. Alice and Jeo were always happy to help. The home has clearly been recently renovated and furnished with good taste and most importantly it was clean. I would certainly recomend it to fellow travellers.

The house was great! Beautifully decorated, beautiful garden, large swimming pool and super views. We were with 5 people and very nice that there were two bathrooms. Very pleasant contact with host. Very convenient that there is a train station in Recco. Tips: An extra towel should be good. Couple of good knives for kitchen 6 sun loungers instead of 4.

a really great place to stay if you want to take a look at the site nearby with a few friends like for example. Pisa, Portofino, Genova, La Spezia or want to go to different beaches... down in the city there are really many nice and cheap restaurants you have a beautiful view of the sea/harbor during the day and evening. only to recommend
