On the ground floor of our residence, the access to the accommodation is totally independent .

La Barn des Marronniers

Renovated old barn. Large bedroom with bathroom upstairs. Kitchen and seating area on the ground floor. Located in the shade of two large lime trees. Peace and serenity guaranteed. The swimming pool is heated by a solar shutter which allows us a swimming temperature of about 30 degrees in high season and about 25 degrees at the beginning and end of the season ( early May and late September to early October).

The Cé cabin is in the heart of the historic Saint Maurille district, the oldest of the Cé bridges. The Loire flows 50 meters away, you will appreciate the proximity of the open-air café, the kayak base, the bakery, the delicatessen, the organic butcher, the wine cellar, the restaurants... You'll love my place because of the location and the ambiance. It is an old house made of tuffeau stone located in the heart of a troglodyte courtyard. The cottage has a fitted and very well-equipped kitchen but also an outdoor courtyard with terrace (barbecue, garden furniture, bikes available). My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends.
