Lovely cottage from the 19th century with exposed beams and original tiles. Large garden, near the river with a barbecue area and garden furniture. Quiet environment in the countryside, all commodities, supermarkets, boulangeries as well as local towns markets are 5 minutes away. A lovely summer restaurant by the river is within short distance. Enjoy the calm of Anjou, its small troglodyte villages and its tourist attractions. The Domaine des Bas Prés has two 3-star cottages attached to the wine history of the place.
