Holiday rentals with a patio in Genil

We had a great time staying at Pepa’s. It was a great location. It was a tight squeeze for the 3 of us but very workable. Pepa was super helpful and responsive.

Carmen has an unbeatable accommodation and she is a sweetheart, too bad that our trip was ruined and we could not enjoy the house, she was always adapting to what happened to us and charming! If I returned to Granada I would stay there again without a doubt!

Everything was as described with beautiful views of the Alhambra. The area is lively during the day with access to everything you could need but quiet at night and peaceful when you need it to be. Comfortable bed and couch and lots of extra space. Would absolutely stay again! :)

Great apartment! The location was excellent. The apartment had everything we needed and was quiet and comfortable. Our host was very proactive and helpful. He gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants, attractions and parking. We recommend it highly and will stay again next year.

Everything is great, the best thing is the location, it's so windy but at the same time quiet. Ideal for sightseeing without using the car. Very happy with the experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Joaquin’s place. The location is amazing, it’s walkable to everything and in a very beautiful spot. It was central yet felt private, and the cool breeze that you get from being by the water is especially amazing on hot days. We would very happy return.

A good place to get to know pomegranate and be quiet resting at the foot of sierra nevada. Definitely highly recommended, a fantastic and impeccable house with many rooms, bathrooms and areas to enjoy as a family. Host very attentive to everything you need. A great experience that we would undoubtedly repeat!!!

It is tastefully renovated, very nice and comfortable. It's about 15/20 minutes from Granada by car. Parking on the street is difficult. We had no issues on the first day but the other days we couldn't park nearby.

What a gem! If this property is available, book it and stay as long as you can! While the photos are great online, it is even better in person. Peaceful. Beautiful walks. Comfortable. Fully equipped. The gardens and plunge pool were amazing. Nick was an amazing host. We've traveled extensively with AirBNB and Nick is one of the best hosts we have ever had. He gave amazing restaurant and hiking recommendations and was very responsive. 10 out of 10. One of the best properties we have stayed at!

House is beautiful with spectacular views, great pool, kitchen with everything we needed to make a yummy dinner for 12 and great breakfasts. Host was so proactive and gave us recommendations for local restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. One watch out : we didn’t know tickets for La Alhambra sell out. And didn’t get tickets. A tour was booked and then cancelled day of. It seems this happens alot. So be careful. Host may want to advertise that during busy season But we went hiking in Sierra Nevada and was lovely. I would recommend and stay here again

Very nice accommodation to rest as a couple. Very well appointed. The indoor courtyard with its private pool is a delight.

This is a beautifully detailed home, feels relaxed and calm, but with so much thought and detail in furnishings and artwork. The beds were comfortable, the showers amazing , outside space delightful. Well equipped kitchen and a welcome basket of provisions which was kind. Moclin is a pretty town, locals friendly and fabulous vistas; great location for Granada.

Raquel was warm, inviting, responsive and prepared. Her home is gorgeous and comfortable.

Loli welcomed us very warmly and very efficiently. She helped us with all the questions we asked her. So we had an unforgettable stay thanks to her. The view of the valley and the sunset make this apartment a charming place.

Perfect area to disconnect and visit granada super close to the downtown area, Mari Carmen is super friendly and attentive to everything, We will repeat the stay without a doubt

The best stay in Monachil! The apartment is roomy while also feeling cozy and at home. Kitchen has everything you need to cook full meals, great living room set up to relax or work. Plenty of hot water, great central location to walk anywhere in the town. The host is very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Bonus is that there’s garage parking beneath the building if you need it. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi/internet worked great even for video calls. Highly recommend for you stay!

Pros: Excelent value for money (definitely the best one in our trip). Good communication (mostly with a managing company, though). Very good location. Very well-equiped apartment. Cons: check-in was a bit tricky due to automatized processes. Unlocking doors with our phone did not always work smoothly, so we were glad regular keys were also available (despite the phyiscal transponder not working on the apartment door). The area is very loud in the night due to proximity to several bars, but it gets quiet after around midnight.

Attentive host. Very good apartment, well located, in front of the river, spacious rooms, with everything working properly, garage almost next door, first aid kit and snack kit (milk, coffee, cookies, etc.), which helped us a lot when we arrived on a Sunday afternoon.
