2º Right CALDERERÍA In the very center of Granada, in one of the most emblematic buildings and listed as historical, this apartment located on the second floor. Located on the second floor. Calle Sacristía de Sta. Escolástica. It has a large and elegant space where you can relax after an intense day. With a very quiet inner bedroom, it is located near anywhere in the center, in one of the most famous and appreciated neighborhoods of Granada. It has two balconies overlooking the side street of the block. Very comfortable, it has a large living space with a dining area for four people. American kitchen, fully equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric stove, toaster, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron and clothesline. In a separate room we find a bedroom of good dimensions and a quiet stay. A bathroom with a shower located in a suit in this bedroom. The bed is 150 x 200 meters with premium mattress. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed of 140 x 200 meters, so the apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. We offer the option to leave the sofa already mounted as a bed, although if our guest prefers to do it, it will not involve any effort for the ease of the sofa to get to bed. Air conditioning cold-heat, Wi-Fi, restricted access by security code, and TV smar tv. And an eleven parked the car forget you have it:) One of the most characteristic places in Realejo is Campo del Príncipe, located 400 meters (5 minutes walk) from the apartments. The Convento de las Descalzas at 250 meters (3 minutes walk) or the Church of San Matías at 240 meters (3 minutes walk) will be places where undoubtedly our guests can enjoy its charms. Our intention from the beginning was to continue, through the furniture and decor with the idea of bringing that personal touch. The one who only confers things when they are unique and self-crafted. We wanted it to be endearing, to transmit to our guests the illusion deposited in this project that was born out of nothing. So we got to work! We manufacture furniture, make textiles, decoration... In this images you can appreciate how in a few months everything was taking shape until reaching the apartments that are today.

Each double room has a king-size double bed (180 x 200 cm - US Queen size). The single beds are 90x200cm. All rooms have built-in wardrobes and access to 2 terraces with garden furniture and views of the Alhambra. Three bathrooms. Two bathrooms with a whirlpool bath, and one bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment has central air conditioning (cooling/heating), double glazing and underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi internet access. There is no direct access to the apartment by lift. Upon entering the apartment, on the right, you will find the main terrace with a private pool that can be used all year round (not heated). The pool terrace is furnished with garden furniture: a table, chairs, an umbrella and 2 sun loungers - a perfect place for a refreshing swim, sunbathing and enjoying the views.
