The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It took a bit of time to locate the property, and parking nearby was a bit of a challenge. But overall, it was a good stay. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. Thank you!

Arleen&Anne are excellent hosts. They make you feel welcomed and take the time to meet you and explain everything in person. Their attention to detail is commendable. Their place is very clean and comfortable, and has everything you need and more. We also love that it smells so good. It is also convenient with the Venice mall within 2 minutes of walking and the Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Mall, Landers, etc. just a short Grab ride away. We recommend their place and would come back when we are in the area again.

You feel right at home here and wish you had this sort of place that you owned for yourself if you were a frequent visitor or wanted to stay in the Manila area for an extended period of time. I thought the place was beautiful with its decor and felt cozy. Amazing views out of the windows as well. There’s a washing machine and drying rack if you need to do laundry, which we took advantage of, gratefully. The air conditioner kept us comfortable and everything was as described.Definitely would stay here again and again in Manila!

Lorie is super responsive and accommodating. The place is clean and equipped with what I need, and Lorie communicates what isn’t there so I was well prepared. The place is also super accessible and surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores. All in all, I will book again when I’m back ☺️

Sir Jonard was very accommodating and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained — definitely worth every penny. It had a relaxing atmosphere, was fully equipped with everything we needed, and provided the perfect space whether you’re looking to unwind, work, or spend time with loved ones. If you’re looking for a high-quality staycation that’s both budget-friendly and impressive, I highly recommend Sir Jonard’s place/Wolve’s Den. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We were only 4 but the place could have easily fit a maximum of 6 adults. We also loved that our stay came with a lot of complimentary gifts from the host. Water, soda, and chips are also available for a fee inside the unit in case you arrived empty-handed. A supermarket, Starbucks, and a few restaurants are located at the property. The best feature for me is the lovely outdoor seating - perfect for breakfast with family with a view of Taal Lake. To improve, we hope the host can install shower heater because it gets cold in the morning. Overall, a lovely stay.

We stayed here for 7 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. Nice and clean unit. Fast internet. Lots of restaurants available because it’s right across Southwoods mall. The check-in was easy and accommodation is in a very safe area. Joseph, the co-host was very responsive and very friendly. We would definitely book this place again in the future.

The place is so clean and homey. We had no problems communicating with Ms.Erin. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside is the parking fee. It costs a lot. Hope there would be a parking fee nearby with fixed rate.

Our stay at Mark's place was worth it. The location is very convenient as it is a stone's throw away from Ayala Malls Serin, where you have lots of choices to dine, and to buy essentials. As for the unit itself, it's new, clean, neat, and tidy. The rooms were so relaxing to stay in. Kitchen utensils and other equipment were aplenty and in perfect order. Our fave area in his place would be the balcony, where you could see the sprawling and breathtaking view of the Taal Lake and Volcano, and its surrounding areas. Mark is a very generous and helpful host to us during our stay. He would always accommodate our inquiries immediately, and we had no problem in contacting him. He went out of his way to make sure that our stay in his place was enjoyable, comfortable, relaxing, and most importantly, stress-free. We would definitely book his place again when we go back to Tagaytay.

My Uncle and His Family stayed here and they really like the unit and the location. Kid friendly. The staff is also very accomodating specially when they arrived. She assist them in the parking and in the unit. The kids enjoyed the pool. They all have what you needed, have towels, toiletries, and complete kitchen utensils. This place is highly recommended specially for a family staycation.

The place looked nice and comfy and the rooms and furniture are all well kept. It was a fun and relaxing stay with the team and the provided mic and board games were entertaining. If you want to spend a great time with friends or family in a peaceful and private place, this is a go to for sure.
