It was a great stay at Glady's place. She was responsive and provided us with information needed in order to get into her place smoothly. We watched a concert and as advertised, it was indeed a 5-6 minutes walk to MOA Arena. ☺️

Improvements are needed in a few areas - but no major issues encountered. Still, we enjoyed our stay. ☺️

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

I find Leyn's place very comfortable after long hours of travel from abroad. Sulit ang bayad. She is very friendly and very responsive upon queries.

Good bang for buck, place is rly clean and perfect for 4 guests. Wish the host listed in the listing itself the other ameneties that were available in the Airbnb like water, sugar, oil, etc. bc we werent sure whether we should bring or not, but overall a good stay. Near Ayala Malls Solenad so it’s convenient for restaurants, etc. Host was also very kind and accommodating to let us check-out later than 12nn. Would book again! :)

Our huge family had a wonderful time swimming, singing karaoke, playing games, and spending a couple of nights in this spacious, clean, and hotel-like accommodation. The photos and description were accurate, the hosts were gracious and responsive, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The free pandesal every morning was a nice touch. It was an overall great experience. 10/10 would recommend!

The place is spacious and can easily accommodate a big group. There were 12 of us and we felt very comfortable. There’s plenty of parking, big rooms, and the kitchen has everything we needed. The pool was also a good size for our group. Just a heads up: since it’s in the province, there are quite a few insects around the pool area, which is expected. But overall, the amenities were great, especially the karaoke. It was a perfect spot for bonding with family and friends.

Ms. Ann is very responsive even weeks before check in date. Felt secured staying in a compound with their family. My dad and I had a meaningful conversation with Ate Baby and Kuya Tony (Ms. Ann's parents). Thats probably one of the best "features" I love ☺️ The place is very wide and welcoming too. I love the kitchen. Its complete with all necessary pans and utensils. We enjoyed it very much!

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

We booked this place for a weekend getaway with friends, and it was such a memorable experience! Check-in was a breeze. Ate Grace was very accommodating and patiently waited for all of us to arrive, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The house itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for bonding. Everything we needed was available, from kitchen essentials to comfortable lounging areas. The highlight for us was definitely the heated pool, we spent hours just relaxing and enjoying each other's company. There was a minor hiccup with the wifi (Globe was down that weekend), but they provided a backup. The signal was a bit weak, but honestly, it didn’t bother us much since we were there to enjoy each other’s company and the lovely surroundings. Overall, highly recommended if you’re looking for a cozy and relaxing spot with friends. Would love to come back!

We stayed at La Prima for an overnight stay but the value we got was definitely more than what we paid for. Starting from the village gate the guards are very courteous when they were assisting us. The unit can easily be located. Check in process is a breeze. Upon entry, the house smelled clean and already felt homey. Bathrooms are clean and the master bedroom is really cozy. The hosts are very responsive with every inquiry that we had. We really loved their place. The minimalist interior is so relaxing and there are no clutter.

Host is responsive and nice as well as Kuya Kirk. The location is peaceful, accessible and spacious - good for family staycations. plus points for parking, no need to worry for those with car. definitely SULIT.

Our stay was comfortable. Ms. Ethel was very accommodating, together with her assistants. We asked last minute if we could check out later than the agreed time and they allowed us to. The place is spacious and has a great view of the Taal. Also, it was great to know that they’re open to us bringing our cat with us during our stay as they, too, have cats of their own - although in the end we didn’t bring our cat with us. It was a bang in the buck and we will definitely be back soon.

Second time here, no problem at all. The Balcony gives you a great view, you have great access to the Venice mall, the room is spacious and looks great. We will come back again, 😁 thank you Penpen.

Absolutely no issues. The place was clean and spotless. The AC was cold and the shower’s water pressure was strong. Watching TV was an awesome experience with their Govee lights and soundbar. Our pets enjoyed their stay as well. Also appreciated how proactive and responsive the hosts were. We never had to worry about anything as they made sure to give us clear instructions about everything. 10/10

The place has a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, with a great view during nightime. There plenty of games to do, and movies to watch.

Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The unit was clean. Just a quick 10 to 12-minute drive to BGC and Venice Grand Canal Mall. There’s also a mall within the property, so everything you need is super convenient. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was very accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. We also truly appreciate their honesty and kindness—my husband accidentally left his necklace behind, and they made sure it was safely returned to us. Highly recommended!

My Uncle and His Family stayed here and they really like the unit and the location. Kid friendly. The staff is also very accomodating specially when they arrived. She assist them in the parking and in the unit. The kids enjoyed the pool. They all have what you needed, have towels, toiletries, and complete kitchen utensils. This place is highly recommended specially for a family staycation.

A steal deal! What you see is what you get as posted in the photos. The unit was spotless and smelt so clean upon our entry, well equipped and all listed facilities / equipment are in good working condition. My son loved the soft beanbag. Added bonus, Melody and Ronald are super great hosts, highly responsive and helpful, includes free wifi access, mineral water, kitchen / dining utensils , and toiletries with a generous amount of fresh towels. The building’s entry formalities included filling out a few pages of forms by hand which I found quite redundant (however still a common practice here in PH with most establishments to be left back of the digital age). Exit formalities was definitely a lot more simpler! :)
