I had an absolutely fantastic stay! The host was very professional and kind. She was very responsive to special requests, which made my stay even more comfortable. The room itself was beautifully decorated—clean, modern, and cozy, creating a perfect retreat after a day out. The location was super convenient as well, right across from a shopping center, which added to the ease of my trip. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a place where every detail is cared for by wonderful people.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. The whole house is perfect for a long-term stay. Thank you so much for welcoming us to your lovely home, Ms. Elena.

TRUE HOME away from home! ✨🏡 We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. We were able to relax and celebrate my birthday. 🎉 Good laughs, good foods and memories as a family. Super enjoy din kami sa swimming pool. The place also looks exactly like the photos. So comfortable and clean, cozy linens, well-stocked kitchen, plus PET-FRIENDLY.🐶 The room’s air conditioners are working really well. ❄️ Mam Jannette is absolutely amazing! She’s responsive, very kind and helpful making sure our stay was perfect. Thank you for your home and for such a wonderful experience. We had a great stay at sir Andrian’s place. The place is located near malls and can be easily reached by food deliveries. The area is peaceful and can we really felt homey. The unit is same as described. All the necessities we need are available to use. The living area is just perfect for Netflix and chill. The kitchen is complete with microwave and kitchenwares. We really enjoyed the mini pool. This is really the highlight of our stay since we were able to chill and just relax. Their bed is also suberb, very comfy that is perfect for rest. We’ll definitely consider this place again when we go back and recommend to our friends. Thank you sir Andrian and Tatay for accommodating us. Everything is smooth from check in to check out!

we had such a peaceful stay here. the property is quiet and secured, and there is so much lush greenery. we loved reading in the living room or on the patio. we were not very familiar with the area, so had not planned properly to get around and see the sights. the staff were so kind to help us arrange transportation into Tagaytay town. great place to get away from the bustle of Manila and relax for a few days.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb rental! Beth, the host, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always responsive to any questions or requests. She lives nearby and checks in on if you need anything throughout your stay. The home itself is ideal for families, equipped with all the necessary comforts and reliable WiFi. It was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Located in a very safe community, there was plenty to do nearby, from exploring markets to shopping at the SM shopping center. The added highlights was the large swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. As well as a playground area for my nieces and nephews to play. I'll definitely be booking with Beth again for my next trip!

The place is super accessible, we did not have any issues finding its location at all. What you see is what you get. Photos in the listing were pretty accurate and also with the amenities provided. We booked the place because it’s pet friendly and from our experience its really pet friendly. Pet’s are allowed in all of the areas, but please do your due diligence as responsible pet owners and pickup after your pet’s mess. 🙂 We were not able to use the bonfire and the outdoor projector because of the rain and unfortunately, their internet provider was down during our stay (no worries though, as mobile data signal was strong) and we even had an incident were the water stopped working the next day but I’m glad to report that Jean and the care takers were super helpful and responsive in both of those incidents and they are prepared with their backup plans incase their utility service is down. Overall we had a great time at Jean’s listing, it was a short and sweet escape. We’ll be back. ☺️

Cozy and cute place close enough to town. More convenient if you have transportation. Fridge is thoughtfully stocked with water and coke for purchase. Theres also non alcoholic wine. Would have preferred an alcoholic option ;-)

Veronica's place is perfect – Highly Recommend! We all had an amazing experience - relaxing, clean, comfortable beds and complete with amenities. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Tatay Abet also welcomes us warmly and always their when needed. We appreciate that the host even provided us with welcome gifts. There are coffe and complete toiletries where you will that you are home away from home. The location is also perfect. We will definitely go back! :)

My partner and I visited his family that lives in Paliparan. Camille’s place was the best choice since it was just 10mins or so away. Her place was near to a lot of convenience stores, a proper supermarket, and food options. Communication with Camille and Faith were also great as they are responsive. There was a minor issue with the place (water leak) and they were able to address it. We had friends who visited for a few hours and I appreciate the fact that they were flexible to allow them even if it was close to midnight. Minor comment would probably be the lack of exhaust fan when cooking. Overall the place served its purpose for us and we will definitely book again when we visit the Philippines.

Ms. Ann is very responsive even weeks before check in date. Felt secured staying in a compound with their family. My dad and I had a meaningful conversation with Ate Baby and Kuya Tony (Ms. Ann's parents). Thats probably one of the best "features" I love ☺️ The place is very wide and welcoming too. I love the kitchen. Its complete with all necessary pans and utensils. We enjoyed it very much!

The place was so pristine, and exactly how it's titled — peaceful. The whole are is spacious and comfortable. The atmosphere inside and outside the home was relaxing even if you are just sipping coffee. The host was generous and very approachable. This was an excellent choice of stay.

Definitely worth every peso. It was amazing staying at Balai Annaya. True to their words, our stay was charming & comfortable. Every part of the house was clean. Kitchen, bed rooms, and comfort rooms amenities are complete. The location was near almost everything - so it was also easy to have things/foods delivered. Super accommodating & generous din ni Ms. Anne & her family. We are very thankful. We felt super bitin talaga sa stay namin haha.

Patrick was a very accomodating host and the property was able to accomodate our team building participants. Kitchen and bathroom supplies are complete and the pool was clean and refreshing. The property was accessible and there's plenty of convenience stores nearby. Definitely a quick getaway in the middle of the metro!

The place is spacious and can easily accommodate a big group. There were 12 of us and we felt very comfortable. There’s plenty of parking, big rooms, and the kitchen has everything we needed. The pool was also a good size for our group. Just a heads up: since it’s in the province, there are quite a few insects around the pool area, which is expected. But overall, the amenities were great, especially the karaoke. It was a perfect spot for bonding with family and friends.

Loved the place. My family loved it too! beautiful place!! of course being in nature, you must expect ants and bugs. but they are harmless :) Loved the beds, room composition. interior design. Only down side was the shower on second floor was weak. and there are no common bathrooms on the first floor. Overall, a great bnb!! would definitely come back! ❤️🌼

We stayed at La Prima for an overnight stay but the value we got was definitely more than what we paid for. Starting from the village gate the guards are very courteous when they were assisting us. The unit can easily be located. Check in process is a breeze. Upon entry, the house smelled clean and already felt homey. Bathrooms are clean and the master bedroom is really cozy. The hosts are very responsive with every inquiry that we had. We really loved their place. The minimalist interior is so relaxing and there are no clutter.
