Sunny garden apartment, walking distance from the Goetheanum

South-facing basement apartment with private entrance and private garden. In a scenic location, without traffic but only 2 minutes to the bus. 12-minute walk to the Goetheanum. Parking is available on the street. The bedroom is very spacious. The TV only has smart TV via the Internet. The kitchen is well equipped but the faucet in the kitchen only has cold water. Hot water is available in the bathroom which is right next to the kitchen. The popular bed is 180 x 220 cm in addition to 2 single beds.

Studio T&C - Where you feel comfortable!

The studio, with its own entrance, is located on the ground floor of a house in the "Seidentor" residential estate, which has a total of 16 owner-occupied flats. It has a large window with overhead outside light. The studio measures just under 20 m2 and has a large double bed, a sitting area with a sofa and a counter. It also has a wet area with its own shower, washbasin and toilet. There is no cooking facility, but there is a small fridge, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Our spacious accommodation with a great garden offers everything your heart desires and is just a few minutes' walk from the small village shop and public transport. The bus takes you in 30 minutes without changing to the center of Basel. We will gladly issue a guest card, so you can travel for free in the Tarifverbund Nordwest Schweiz and have discounts in many places.

Quiet oasis near Basel

Quiet accommodation with direct transport links to Basel (18 minutes by tram from Basel SBB). The village center with many shopping opportunities is a 3-minute walk away. Very quiet location despite being close to the city. The property is adjacent to our house, the access is through the garden. The room can be heated by a wood-burning stove. We are a family of four with a very trusting Cocker Spaniel and 3 chickens. Wi-Fi is only usable in the garden (room walls are too thick)

Es gibt 1 Einzelbett und ein Schlafsofa 1.40x 1.90m. Auf Anfrage können auch 3 Gäste kommen. Im Haus gibt es WLAN und einen privaten Parkplatz

The Schartenhof is located in a small valley basin directly below the Gempenturm.
