In winter, come and discover the Cap Guéry area with its cross-country skiing or snowshoeing trails 15 minutes away, and the Mont-Dore resort with its downhill skiing 25 minutes away.

The outbuilding is attached to our house on a large fenced property, but there is no gate to close off our driveway, which is about thirty metres long. Located in the heart of the Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne with a view of the Chaîne des Puys. Quiet location in a small hamlet close to hiking trails and waterways.
