Рамазан был очень гостеприимный, отзывчивый, дружелюбный хозяин квартиры! Было очень приятно общаться с Рамазаном. Это жильё - квартира, но по ощущениям как-будто проживаешь в доме. Квартира очень большая, просторная, светлая, уютная. Наши дети не хотели покидать этот дом, им очень понравилось там. Есть посудомоечная машина. Эта квартира подойдёт для тех, кто любит жить рядом с природой, вдали от городской суеты. Рядом с домом проживает семья Кабанов. Они миролюбивые, сами боятся людей. В 15 минутах находится очаровательный пляж, с хорошими ресторанчиками. Вечером особенно романтичная обстановка на берегу моря.

Kendi evimizdeymis gibi rahat ettik, ihtiyacımız olan bir şey olduğunda ev sahibleri hızlıca temin etti. Her şey çok güzeldi, sadece kaldığımız odanın kliması su akıtıyordu, oda anlık bir sorun sanırım, tamir edilirse başka bir problem kalmaz. Teşekkürler.

Kaldığımız süreçte ailemle birlikte kendi evimizde gibi hissettik. Eve ilk giriş anımızdan itibaren her şey kusursuzdu ve çok temizdi. Konaklama sürecinde ihtiyaç duyabileceğimiz her şey Aliya hanım tarafından düşünülmüş ve konforlu bir yaşam alanı oluşturulmuş. Sonra ki konaklamalarımızda hiç düşünmeden tekrar kalmak isteyeceğimiz bir yer. Bu güzel konaklama deneyimi için çok teşekkür ederim.

We were happy to spend nearly 2 weeks in İsmetcan’s apartment which brings back the true spirit of airbnb – feeling at home surrounded by care and family warmth. And the sweetest cats too)) The apartment is spacious, cozy, and well equipped. Perfectly working appliances, high-quality windows, air conditioner in every room, plenty of textiles, dishes, cleaning supplies, and even bottles of water for the cooler. There’s also a barbecue set by the stairs, ready for grilling fresh fish or kebabs. And the views deserve a special mention! Mountains from the master bedroom, the sea from two other rooms and the balcony, and sunsets from the kitchen. Heartfelt thanks to İsmetcan and his father (who treated us to fresh homemade eggs) for creating such a caring and cozy experience. It truly feels like the perfect spot for enjoying the charming energy of Kaş. Cant wait to return!

Kaş is our annual escape into paradise. Every year we leave happy and refreshed. Staying in Gökhan’s property was no exception. We enjoyed the apartment and felt at home. Everything was smooth from start to finish. The host took good care of us. They were responsive and helpful. In our past holidays in Kaş we stayed above the city. We prefer the view of the water from there. Access to downtown Kaş is easier from there as well. This property has its own beauty, though. It is a view of the water and the mountains that shield our little coastal heaven from behind. Finding the property is not so easy at first. The roads from the highway are steep and curvy. Accessing this house from the town is easier. It takes about 10 minutes by car. But it is a nice escape from the city center. It is more quiet. This apartment is nice. I will say the pictures on the listing are amazing. It is not quite as nice in person. But still nice & clean with a great view. Overall a very good experience!

Очень красивая квартира с потрясающим видом. Есть все необходимое для длительного проживания. Качественная мебель и техника. Хорошая локация, недалеко от Каша. На машине очень легко добираться до всех мест. Мы жили месяц и успели объездить все ближайшие пляжи, бухты и смотровые площадки. Это одно из красивейших мест, а утреннее кофе с видом на море и острова делает его просто великолепным) Хозяйка всегда была на связи и быстро откликалась на наши вопросы и просьбы. Kaş’a tekrar gittiğimizde başka bir konaklama arayışına girmeden yeniden Canan hanımın evini gönül rahatlığı ile tercih edeceğiz. Her şey son derece detaylı düşünülmüş evin manzarası mükemmel sabahı ayrı akşamı ayrı.. yürüyüş alanı Kaş’ın merkezi çok rahat yürüyerek her yere ulaşım sağladık. Canan hanım gerçekten çok kibar ve ilgili idi her şey için tekrar buradan teşekkür ediyorum 🩷🌸

The place was great. The view was incredible. It's at the top of the steep slope of Kaş. I recommend the apartment if you want a morning coffee with the best view

This house is beautiful. The garden and pool are well kept and clean. The house is also very clean with lots of communal space and private spaces if people need some quiet time. The location is good, on a Dolmus route and with a taxi button just outside. The road is noisy but the plot is completely private and we got used to the noise so it wasn't a problem for us. There is a lovely pizza place 2 mins walk away and plenty of shops and restaurants 10 mins walk away. The host is very helpful and responsive. We had a lovely stay - we did scuba diving, visited Kayakoy, Calis Beach and Butterfly Valley via the water taxi and shuttle boat service - you don't always need to book the day long trips. We enjoyed going out for the morning, relaxing back at the villa in the afternoon and going out again in the evening. We had a lovely holiday. Thank you.

De little farm is uiterst verzorgd, Yücel is heel behulpzaam en het uitzicht is grandioos. We komen graag terug

Sedat Bey çok iyi bir ev sahibiydi. Ev fotoğraflardan çok daha güzeldi. Her şey dört dörtlüktü. Evde aradığınız her şey mevcut. Yolumuz tekrar düştüğünde geleceğimiz tek adres.

Beautiful villa, we loved the views. It has everything you need, and feels private even though there are villas around you. Feray was a great host and responded to any questions realluly quickly. We'd definitely book to come again! Kalkan is a wonderful place.

Ailece sürekli kültürel ve doğa tatilleri yapmaktan çok hoşlanırız. Airbnb de burayı gördüğümüzde biraz şüphelenmedik değil. Böyle bir villayı uygun sayılacak bir ücrete vermesine inanamadık ama airbnb ye güvenerek tuttuk. Daha sonra Emin beye bir kaç sorumuz oldu, çok kibarca anında cevapladı. Daha sonra Asmalı Villayı kendi gözlerimizle görünce anladık ki resimlerdende güzelmiş. Doğanın içinde kuş sesleri, ağaçlarda oynayan sincaplar etrafdaki köy halkının misafir perverliği harikaydı. Ev tertemizdi. Herşeyi düşünmüşler ve eksiksizdi. Mutfak da tencere,tava,bardak,tuz,karabiber ve bahartlara kadar hepsi vardı. evimde bile olmayan kocaman ambilayt özellikli TV. beyaz eşyaların hepsi yeni ve Bosch marka. yataklar viscosite, salonda langırt oyun masası, ne yazsam az kalır. Bu ev benim olsaydı kiralamaya kıyamazdım. Netice de Emin beye ve Airbnb ye çok teşekkür ederiz. 🙋🏻‍♂️🙏

Mükemmel bir tatildi eşimle ve arkadaşlarımızla konaklama yaptık. Deniz manzarası , havuzu ve ev içerisinde bulunan ekipmanları ile her şey bizim için kusursuzdu. Yaz için yeniden geleceğiz .

I was delighted with Ahmet's condo living space; it was very comfortable, well-equipped, very safe and quiet with multiple outdoor sitting areas and a beautiful pool surrounded by plants. Ahmet was very responsive to every question I had and he generously provided me with excellent suggestions about historic sites to visit, how to get there and even to help me find accomodation. He arranged my ground transportation from Dalaman Airport to Kalkan. I liked very much the neighbourhood of my condo allowing me to walk into the village daily to have exercise and explore the town. This walk takes about 20 minutes down to the harbour area and is quite steep--totally walkable but one needs to be reasonably fit. I would definitely return to Ahmet's condo and to Kalkan. Thank you so much!

Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer guten Lage - die Kommunikation mit Askin war sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

Wow what an incredible place! Our first time visiting Kalkan as a family of 5! Our 3 children absolutely loved the villa, the pool and Kalkan. The villa is located out of the way up the mountain side, a 15 minute walk into the town down very steep hills, easy to get a can back up at any time. The villa…. Wow what can I say, absolutely spotless, easy access and loads and loads of space. Such a perfect place and such great hosts. The host was so easy to contact if I required anything which was so good to rely on. I highly recommend this Beautiful villa in one of the most perfect places to visit in the world. Thank you so much for having us, we will defiantly be back in the future. P.s we had the most perfect days on a boat trip (the Falcan). We spent 6 hours or so stopping at certain islands for a swim and the most perfect lunch, it was truly a great experience. 2 excellent restaurants we ate at, the Berahamas I think, excellent steak dinner and the Doy Doy restaurant.

The property was lovely for our family. We were traveling with children and they were very much welcomed by the hotel staff. The receptionist is was kind, funny and helpful. The location is great. We would stay here again.

Perfect location with great views! The apartment is immaculate and perfect for a family of 3-4. Infinity pool is great. Restaurants about 10mins down into town.

The apartment was all you needed for a pleasant stay. Lovely neighbours. Good value for your money. We had a great stay.
