one of the most beautiful places I"ve ever stayed at. Saime and her family were so incredibly kind to us in so many ways and answered any qs within minutes. one tip for renters is to rent a 4x4 or a powerful SUV as the immediate roads next to the villa are really steep and in bad shape. our sedan was able to handle them but a 4x4 or SUV would have been better. do not let the bad roads put you off. amazing amazing place with incredible views. I will def rent again. thank you Saime.

Mr. Erhan is a very friendly and super host. He greeted us privately as we entered the house and had a very friendly attitude. The house was very, very clean. I am a very meticulous person and I check the cleaning as soon as I enter the house, but the house was clean. There is every item you can think of in the kitchen. From the coffee machine to the air fryer. It's literally the comfort of your own home. The furniture is new and useful, and she also had the house sprayed. Although we are in the middle of the forest, I did not see a single ant in the house. Mothers with babies will understand the insect fly sting :). He even had the Ministry of Health banderole documents he put in the house for cleaning the pool, etc. Thankfully, they even put water, wine, and fruit in the house for us. Thank you so much to him. If you want to have a clean accommodation experience in nature, I think this is the place you will prefer. You can stay safely

We have just got home and want to go back already. Efe is amazing! He’s really responsive and super helpful. The villa was beautiful. Great location. It was clean. A little musty smell downstairs but it was really early in the season and I assumed it was from maybe being closed up for a while. Efe got someone out immediately when we accidentally broke the door handle. Beds were huge. Super comfy. We would defo defo return.

Beautiful villa on the cliffside of Kas. There isn’t anything Mehmet hasn’t thought of. So much to do and well stocked. The villa was a perfect place to relax and recharge. The views from the pool are spectacular. Mehmet is a kind and caring host. The villa was incredibly clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this gorgeous property.

Mesut was an absolute wonderful host! He brought us fresh eggs on our first morning, always had the pool looking pristine, gave excellent recommendations and checked on us daily to make sure everything was great! His place is perfect for a family of 4 or 2 couples. Each bedroom has their own private bathroom. The kitchen was perfect for a big breakfast meals and a few dinners. Sitting out on the patio and looking out to the beautiful mountains. The area is super close the exclusive part of Kalkan ( 5 minute drive) or a long walk… it’s also 30 minutes from Kas. We explored the mountains as well and had a blast. We did it on our own but you can check it out with tour companies. The whole area is safe, fun and vibrant! Enjoy your stay here! We sure did :)

Everything was as beautiful and tidy as it appeared in the photos. The location of the house was beautiful. We had a good experience. We were as comfortable and peaceful as in our own home. Thanks for everything

An absolutely beautiful villa, just as the pictures show, the view is so fantastic and it feels very private. Very well equipped kitchen and a lovely outdoor BBQ area with running water to this. Walkable to a couple of restaurants but requires the shuttle/car/taxi to get to Kaş. A perfect stay all around!

Villa, bathroom, kitchen, towels, sheets, everything was tidy and clean. The view and infinity pool were very beautiful. The pool is cleaned every morning, the depth is ideal, we were able to put the sun loungers as it progresses in layers and it was pleasant to sunbathe. All kinds of tools and necessities are available at home. We brewed our filter coffee in the morning and made our barbecue in the evening. We had the conditions to enjoy and create a peaceful ambiance, and it was a very fun holiday for us. Mr. Yunus is a very good host, he solved the problem we had with the warm pool in a way that we could find a middle ground. Ms. Ayten was also very sweet. Apart from🧿 that, if I were to talk about a few small details, it would be cats and flies. We tried to get rid of our cat guests without😅 feeding them. We also got rid of the little flies in the morning by burning coffee and spraying off spray. Since it is in a mountainous area, such things are inevitable, it did not bother us much. In general, it was a very pleasant holiday for us, we would like to come again

Beautiful villa on the lovely Kaş peninsula. We lived there for a week and had a wonderful time. Dom was very helpful and responsive when we needed something and the villa maintenance guy Omer was also very friendly. The villa had everything you may need during your stay - microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, a variety of cutlery. We greatly enjoyed the pool and the darts there. The only downside for us was that the villa had 3 bedrooms upstairs with pleasant views and 1 bedroom downstairs that is available from the different entrance and as we were a company of 6 people willing to use all the 4 bedrooms it was hard to decide who would stay in that last bedroom. Otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you, Dom and Omer, for making our vacation so nice!

Cüneyt’s home is likely one of the best kept secrets of Turkïye! The home is spacious and well equipped and the pool and private access to the sea are incredible. For a big group of people, everyone is able to have their own space but there are also spaces big enough to gather. The home is only a short drive to town where there are lovely restaurants and more public beaches. Would highly recommend and would love to return!

Our stay here at Villa Calico was spectacular! One of the best holidays ever - beautiful views lovely and peaceful location the Villa was wonderful with everything that we needed and more ! Our family of seven thought we had died and gone to heaven ! Would definitely recommend this property and we will be returning again Excellent holiday 😎

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The villa was stunning inside and out. The indoor spaces were clean and modern, but the highlight was the pool and outdoor areas. We could also walk down to a sea platform to swim! Mehmet was helpful with all of our questions and made our stay so easy. We would definitely stay here again.

The villa was as in the photos and descriptions. It was clean and every detail was thought out. We had a comfortable and very peaceful holiday. Mr. Arif offered us olive oil and eggs, he was very kind, thank you very much. We also had no issues with communication. It is a place that we can choose again with peace of mind.

Mr. Erkan is a very kind, very understanding and very caring host There is no word to describe the cleanliness of the house, it is perfect in one word Everything you can think of at home has been thought of, we thought what is not in the house, only a shoehorn is missing, imagine such a house 😀 When we woke up in the morning, tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants and peppers collected from the garden were in front of our door, which made us very happy. All the appliances in the house work perfectly We'd like to come back if we have time.

Beautiful stay. Immaculate, lovely views and well presented. Everything was so clean, it felt new. We had a lovely taxi driver, Yusef, who took us to and from the harbour (his contact was left on the fridge) it was a 5-10 minute drive (4/5£) very cheap and very easy to contact via message. The host had equipped the villa to a very good standard with everything we needed for our stay. A small shop was a 5 minute walk away down the hill with all your basics. Some restaurants by harbour highly recommend Chamilion, Nova, Luna, Doy Doy, Barahat. I cannot wait to come back and stay here again.

we relly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place. everything you need is there (incl. dishwasher tabs, washing powder etc.) and it was super nice to relax. Even though we were there in winter we were never cold. Sabri is an incredibly kind host! The only thing one should be aware of is that the water is heated with solar panels so its hard to have enough hot water to fully fill the jacuzzi in winter, as soon as it gets a bit warmer/longer sunny days its for sure no problem. it didn’t bother us anyways. Its good to have a car because while its easy to get to the village by foot it is still quite remote to go shoppinh etc. All in all we had a wonderful time and would love to come back at one point (:

Mehmet was far and away the best host ever. He arranged a free 2 hour transfer from Dalaman airport on arrival and took us back himself at the end of our stay. In addition he arranged a free boat trip on one of our days because we had booked an extra night so that we could have a late check out and he felt bad about that. He was amazingly helpful and supportive of any queries we had about the villa or local attractions. I cannot recommend his villa enough - we had a fantastic time and are definitely planning to go back. On arrival there was a selection of fruit, bread, chocolates and even some wine. What an amazing host. You should definitely book here!

We couldn't fault this villa - it's great. Modern and clean and comfortable with lovely views and we had everything we needed. It's a residential area with stunning views over the houses in front out to sea. The location wasn't accurate so we weren't quite where we thought we were going to be but I can see the location has now been corrected. The villa is a 7-10 minute walk to Kalamar Beach Club (downhill there/free shuttle back up). Carrefour supermarket is about 15 minutes uphill. Old Town/Harbour is a 7 minutes taxi ride. Taxis are the way to go and super easy to organise - Baris leaves the taxi number in the villa. From the Old Town you can get boats to other Beach Clubs. There aren't many restaurants in this area, that we found anyway, but it didn't bother us as the Old Town and Harbour is great in the evenings for shopping, drinks and food. We can highly recommend this villa and Kalkan in general - we were a family of 5 with 3 teenage boys and all loved it.

Beautiful, private and spotless villa which was extremely comfortable! Very comfortable bed, sofa, chairs and the outside furniture. The villa is 8-10 min drive into the centre’s of Kalkan, we hired a car but a taxi is about £200TL which is about £4.00 sterling each way. Kalkan has a number of beech clubs which you either drive to or catch the water taxi from the harbour. We visited zest,Calki & Lures beech club all fabulous! We did a private boat hire on Whisper 3 boat family. £450 for a private hire of 4. The most amazing lunch and day. Favourite restaurants, Blue Terrace Restaurant fabulous. Kaptan dine and dance & Ali kaptan Turizm excellent. Iskelle coffee shop. Day trip to Kaz town 30 min drive. 10 min walk from the villa to migros supermarket which was average best to shop in kalkan at the independent fish mongers, green grocers and butchers. 2 -3 hour drive from Dalaman Airport . Highly recommended for a week -10 days. Villa has 4 street dogs which Mehmet mum looks after!

This villa in Kalkan was absolutely amazing! The view was breathtaking; it had a quiet, calm and peaceful atmosphere. The house was extremely modern and tastefully furnished, especially the lighting was very stylish. The cleaning was perfect, everything was clean and tidy. The host was incredibly polite and sincere, helped us with everything and welcomed us very well. We had a truly unforgettable holiday experience. I recommend it to everyone with peace of mind!
