Holiday rentals with a sauna in Gelemiş

The pool isn't as big as the image, but the house is spotless. In Kalkan. 15 minutes to Kas. Mr. Ramazan is very interested, you can get an immediate answer to every question. Happy holidays in advance.

Ms. Gülen was a very good hostess. The house was so sweet. We had everything we needed. It felt like our own home. In addition, the house is in the most beautiful compound of Kalkan. There are 2 pools in the compound that you can use and a private sea swimming area. Free transportation is also available on site. I can say that we were very comfortable and had a pleasant week. If I come to Kalkan, I would like to stay here again. Thank you for everything.

Fantastic views, full amenities, sauna hot tub outdoor pool, a little cold in September as the pool has no direct sunlight but certainly refreshing well for the high summer, everything was very clean, a TV with Smart TV also included. Parking was available right outside the door and the location is good, as you can get anywhere quickly within 5 -10 min by car.

The location doesn't show it exactly on the maps. But the host described it on the phone and found it. There are supermarkets very close by. Kaputaj and Patara beaches 15er min. The house has a pool where you can enter without being visible to anyone. We were happy with our short vacation.

Mr. Erhan and his wife are extremely hospitable, they helped us feel at home, the house was very clean, everything was considered, there were treats in the refrigerator, Mr. Erhan helped us with the entrance and exit of the house, and if we come back, we would prefer the house of Mr. Erhan again, and we recommend the facility and the location to be very nice.

Thanks Ibrahim, all instructions were clear. The hyper-equipped kitchen with utensils and small appliances - Nespresso, Turkish coffee machine, kettle, mixer, fruit press,etc. Authentic decor. A breathtaking view. Flower surroundings. Spacious rooms. Perfect value for money. The accommodation is located high up close to the supermarket rich in items of all kinds of food and non-food items, spirits, beach items,etc. A shuttle bus connects you in 3 minutes maximum to the pool and beach (every 10’ ). Super good restaurants on Kalkan but also nearby like ‘Aciktim’. The only problem is the lack of air conditioning at the ground floor, which is compensated by a fan.

Haluk has been a communicative and thorough host and his Villa was a beautiful paradise! The lighting is warm and welcoming in every room and the Villa has a private and secluded outdoor area that made us feel like we were the only people in the area for kilometres. I highly recommend you book to stay here- superbly luxurious and very comfortable!

Beautiful villa in a great location!

The Villa is beautiful. Exactly as described and possibly even better than the pictures. It’s so private and peaceful. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. The villa itself is very spacious and AC in every room. The garden is massive with a large pool and plenty of seating areas, sun loungers and a shaded table tennis area. Pool was always warm. Spectacular surrounding views. Comfortable beds. The only thing to note for future guests is that although the kitchen is well stocked with glasses, plates, pots, pans and cutlery, there are no cloths, washing up liquid, salt or anything like that so you would have to buy everything, but there is a supermarket 10 minutes walk. Also it’s not wheelchair accessible as the entrance is down a large flight of stairs, which wasn’t a concern for us but could be for others so it’s worth a mention. Over all an exceptional stay. We didn’t want you to leave.

We have a little girl(age 3) on our travels and the whole holiday, including from check-in to check out with Asim was amazing! I cannot fault him for anything, so friendly! Lots of kids amenities which for us was brilliant, local stores nearby and restaurants. We even reached out to Asim to source some deserts to bring home and he succeeded in this perfectly, even bought my husband a whole birthday cake with candles on his actual birthday. I recommend this Villa highly and don’t think this will disappoint, a taxi ride to the beach, not far! :) we used the cab Asim supplied us with. Large pool, swings, comfy beds, drinking water provided, hammock, great power showers, clean, welcoming. Overall I will be revisiting next year and cannot wait to return to the villa, thank you so much Asim for making us feel at home, you and your villa are lovely and thank you for having us :) see you next year(maybe with a car this time as bit steep for the grandparents but for us fine)

Nevzat’s villa is very nice, great value, and the location is good. The hosts are also very responsive and friendly. Would recommend.

Great accommodation. Some small things, such as the laundry rack, could possibly be exchanged but overall great. We even got a custom fire brigade cake for our son's birthday, which was simply great. Highly recommended overall

Our stay at the villa overall went very well. The villa is located in a very quiet village, away from the noise. The space fits the descriptions very well. However, we encountered some technical malfunctions, but were quickly resolved thanks to great responsiveness from the host. Communication with Mr. Muhammet and his brother Ömer was easy and prompt!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Host was welcoming and helpful. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was clean--my kids had a great time swimming and playing in the pool during our stay. The air-conditioning worked great! The kitchen was big and made our stay easy. Everything was well maintained and felt safe. Would stay there again.

Nice comfy villa with everything necessary. Very friendly and responsive owner. However, check temperature carefully before choosing this variant as the pool might be too cold to use. Apart from that, strongly recommended.
