We offer a granny apartment in our house in Gillrath with its own entrance in the countryside and yet a few minutes by car from the city of Geilenkirchen with very good bus and train connections to Aachen, Düsseldorf and Cologne. In the village of Gillrath is the historic steam train station. There are many opportunities for cycling, hiking and excursions. Several recreational areas are nearby, as is the Dutch border.

This apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with fireplace and a cozy sitting room. The estate covers 12 hectares and is located on the Roer. More than enough space to enjoy the landscaped garden and surrounding nature.
