 The house is heated by heat pump, wood stove and electricity, so there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the house on cold days. The TV in the house is not connected to TV channels, but there is chromcast in the TV.

From the house, it is 200 meters to the public bathing pier and cozy Kalvehave Harbor with pleasure boats and summer atmosphere. In the bathroom, there is a spacious rain shower and towel heating.

Annex 15 m from the water.

The annex is located in our garden, directly down to the water. You can just go down the stairs and take a dip! Or stroll through our orchard and forest, greet our Scottish Highland cattle and enjoy the view of all sides - we live on a peninsula - the Dragon. It is a scenic area with forest, beach and birdlife. There are opportunities for lovely walks by the beach, on the embankment and possibly a longer walk around Skalø.

Cozy apartment near beach & golf course

The apartment is on the 1st floor of our farmhouse & is kept open, friendly & modernly equipped. The open kitchen is fully equipped (coffee maker,kettle, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, etc.). The bedroom has a double bed and a large mirror closet. A partition provides a spatial delimitation to the living room; a door is not available here. The children's room has two single beds and a wooden wardrobe.
