Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

Take a vacation in a newly renovated and light-flooded apartment of a Rhinehessian farmhouse from 1927. The old plank floors in the rooms are just as well preserved as the terrazzo floors in the kitchen, bathroom and hallway. The mixture of old and modern makes this apartment and farmstead, with paved courtyard, barn building and residential building. The apartment is quietly and centrally located in Frei-Laubersheim and is surrounded by vineyards and forests, which you can explore by bike and on foot.

Discover the beautiful UNESCO World Heritage Middle Rhine Valley on foot, by boat, by bike, climb and visit castles. Afterwards, relax with a glass of wine on the balcony and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Rhine. Between Bingen and Koblenz lies the enchanting Bacharach and above it the district of Neurath. You can see Stahleck Castle and Lorch Castle and turn into the premium Rheinburgenweg hiking trail right outside the front door for fantastic hikes.

Hey dear guests, If you want to take a vacation in the beautiful Soonwald, which invites you to beautiful hikes, bike and motorcycle tours, then I would be happy if you would like to spend a few days in my small cozy apartment. The apartment is 46 sqm, has a large living room with an integrated kitchen. It features a small bedroom with a 140 m wide double bed. Next to it is a small bathroom with shower. Otherwise, a large garden adjoins the apartment.

The half-timbered house, built in 1622, is modernly furnished. A wood and pellet stove creates a special evening feel-good atmosphere.

Enjoy your romantic getaway or a relaxing stay in nature! The mirror house has an area of 18 m² and is suitable for 2 people. The house has an open bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and offers a beautiful view over the fields and the Baybach valley. In addition, there is an open kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils. The highlight: Enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee right from the bed.
