Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gavleborg County

I‘ve never slept so close to the sea. Awesome! This house is posh and affordable at the same time. I have to come back to stay a bit longer! Try the Restaurant. A bit pricey but definitely worth it.

Great place that we recommend! We only stayed a short time so we arrived late in the evening but the cottage is super cozy and Emelie was a very nice and flexible host. In addition, my partner, who is allergic to furry animals, even noticed that animals had lived in the house. Perfect place to stay with small children as there is plenty to play with :)

A real Swedish summer dream! Quiet, secluded, leafy, with nice outdoor areas and good standard. Ingrid had made the house nice and gave a clear introduction when we arrived.

What a lovely apartment. The apartment is perfectly finished and equipped with every comfort. From the apartment, you have a nice view of Lake Orsa. Communication with Thomas went smoothly. When we needed some medical help, he was there for us. Fryskas is a nice place to visit. The restaurant in the village serves delicious authentic waffles. A visit to the Nils Olsson Dalahästar factory in Nusnas where they make the original Dalarna horses is also recommended.

Peaceful place to really unwind from normal work life and enjoy the lovely scenary. Well equipt appartment for longer stay. Really good place for mountain bikers, they have thought everything.

We felt very welcomed by Ulla and Eamonn. It felt very homely and cozy and everything needed was there. Was there anything we would just knock and ask, it was never a problem. It was clean and fresh, luxurious with made beds. Good with parking in the yard. Close to both the pulse of the city and the historic mine. We would be glad to come back!

The house is located in a magical place! We sat for several hours and just enjoyed looking out over Siljan! The house is modern, stylish and nice. Very close distance to Mora, and just the right distance to Leksand. We stayed here Sun-Wed to spend a day at Leksand's summerland, the rest of the time enjoying the place. We stayed 4 adults and 4 children, plenty of space. Good varied routes for walking and running. Cooking good food in the kitchen of this house and at the same time seeing a mirror-like lake a few metres away, is 10/10. We'd love to come back!

Annah’s country estate in Horndal was more beautiful than we expected! Staying in their home was like taking a step back in time with modern day conveniences ! Relaxing in the hot tub , Surrounded by rolling hills, pastures filled with sheep and horses! Ate our breakfast outside at the table under a large shade tree in the backyard. It was truly an amazing couple of days and would most definitely come back!

A real place to the heart, we loved it so much. Those who like the flair of the photos are well taken care of here. You will automatically slow down and get involved in nature, the sauna or swimming in the lake. By the way, the small place is very nice with village shop, cafe, a market on Saturday and some more.

Henrik has been a great host. We have enjoyed staying at the accommodation.Its a lovely place to stay when you are far away from your own home and you want to relax and enjoy then it's a perfect place to stay with your friends or family. We went their on ski vacation. 6-7 minutes drive to the slopes. Clean apartment with nice kitchen, TVs and sound system. Used the wood fired sauna every night. It was a bit hard to get it above 60C in the winter but still ok. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken when we visited.

The two of us spent a whole week in this wonderful house. We enjoyed the days in this idyllic area very much. The house is furnished with a lot of love and has everything you need for a holiday. Simply great! Communication with Andreas was simple and straightforward. We received prompt feedback on any questions we had. Thank you for letting us use your house!
