Cottage with lake plot - hot tub/sauna/boat/diving tower

Fantastic cottage right next to the lake. Sauna, hot tub and boat with engine. Long jetty by the beach and swimming raft with diving tower. The cottage is in an area with 7 cottages but completely separated from neighbors. 5 minutes from E4. There is a 10-minute drive from the cabin. The cabin does not have electricity or running water. Fresh water is supplied during the stay with water containers Gas stove with oven and gas fridge. Swimming pool available at the end of October. Water hot tub ok to use during Easter and October.

A red small cottage on a large, private plot in the middle of Sollerön in Siljan. The house consists of 2 rooms and a kitchen spread over 2 floors. The space between the floors is not isolated. 2.2 km to beautiful swimming area and 2.5 km to the island's well stocked grocery store. In the immediate area there is beautiful nature and fields with sheep and horses. In the neighboring village of Gesunda you will find Tomteland and a mountain for skiing! Sollerön is located about 17 km from Mora.

Cozy cottage in basement located in lush garden with fruit trees. The upper floor has an open floor plan with kitchen and living room with sofa bed. There is also a toilet with a combined washer and dryer. Bedroom in the basement, one flight down, with shower and sauna and with exit to large balcony with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.

Quality living in a quiet place with lot's of opportunities in the winter like slalom, cross-countryskiing, skating or take a sauna bath. In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends. A big modern kitchen and a living room with a lot's of space. The house is close to Järvsö, the Bike Park and Järvzoo.

A home closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunset is an extra plus. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away. 2-4 kicks are available to borrow.
