Snällasgården is a genuine valley farm where the original house is now a large kitchen with fireplace with room for 12 people. The farm has been extended twice and today provides a comfortable place to stay for two families. Two living rooms, where the most recently built one has a large fireplace, large sleeping loft and high ceilings. There is an electric sauna inside the house and in the yard a wood-fired sauna. The farm borders the forest, is peaceful and it is close to Orsa, Mora and Grönklitt with many outdoor activities and culture.

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is located on the outskirts of a village where the forest begins, and a river flows next to the cottage. Nice berries and mushroom places nearby. There is a small forest lake 30 minutes walk from the cabin.

Although the house is located in the nice and quiet area, it is only 5 minutes to the hospital and 8 minutes to the shopping center.
