Spacious house with kind hosts and beautiful views!

We rented Marthe and her family's house when we visited Hunderfossen. The house had everything we needed and it was absolutely great for our kids who could borrow toys and play outside in the garden. It was tidy and clean when we arrived. Bed linen was put on and towels available. There was a clear space for us to use the fridge, drawers and hooks. We were lucky with the weather and therefore got to take advantage of the evening sun with barbecue on the porch. We bought the food at Kiwi which was a stone's throw away. We are very happy with our stay, and with Marthe who has been available on message. Thank you for us and for the loan of the great house! We would gladly come again!

We were a group of three ice climbers booking relatively last minute. I needed to find a place that had plenty of space for our outdoor kit, but also a proper kitchen and washing machine. Anita welcomed us superbly - opening the door to us on a dark winters night to a warm, bright and spacious farmhouse. She had laid out fresh eggs and local farm produce - delicious and the sort of touch that made us feel at home. As a group of three the cost was exceptional value (especially considering all the little extras like using the washing machine), and it was ideally located near to our ice climbing venues. Nestled in the heart of Oppland, Elisabeth and Thomas' farm is set in an idyllic setting. You feel like you're in a real cocoon in this house perfectly maintained by Elisabeth. Plan a stay of at least 1 week to fully enjoy the comfortable and authentic accommodation. The bedding is very nice, the bathroom and kitchen are very well equipped. The advantages are: strawberry jam and homemade bread, wood stove, view and quiet. Feel free to give Thomas a hand when feeding the cows and calves. I would definitely recommend this place.

Our stay in the house was very nice. There are many bedrooms with plenty of space for baby beds. The fact that there is a washing machine is also very nice. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. We had a really good time and enjoyed the view.

The stay at Vestre Gausdal Prestegård was above all expectation. We were pleasantly surprised by both the size and condition of the house, as well as the surroundings. Thomas was nice and helpful during the whole stay We loved it here and hope to be back again another time 😊

We arrived at a fully heated apartment, very comfortable when it comes to 20 cold. Well equipped, with everything we needed and more. Ski run right outside. All in all very happy and would love to go here again.

Perfect place for cross-country skiing lovers!!! The slopes are just at the bottom of the stairs 🤩 Walking distance to alpine station and grocery store. Very quiet place and paradise Anne Sofi's place is impeccable!!!

An attentive host and very quick to respond. Very comfortable house for groups of up to 10 people (not suitable if couples want intimacy, there is only one double bedroom). Quiet place with good views. In winter there is a responsible consumption of the water if you do not want to have problems. We were a group of 10 ice climbers and had no problem. When we return to the Lillehammer area we will stay at Vinh's place again

Super cozy cottage. Felt like home. Would love to come back.

Very spacious and cozy cabin for our family of 6 people, 4 adults and 2 children. There was everything we needed including free electricity charging for the car. Anne was very informative from start to finish. Under 5 minutes drive by car to ski school and lifts (ski square). Both the cabin and the area are suitable for family holidays for several generations. We'd love to come again.

10/10 in hosting 10/10 in location Otherwise, everything else was great with the cabin. Northern lights, full month, ski in ski out. What else would you be asking for?

Own a cozy cabin that was great. Peace of mind with cows grazing and green meadows all around. 😊 The cabin was inviting and had all the facilities we needed for a cozy weekend with the whole extended family.

An incredibly cozy place. With a view of an ecologically run farm with goats, hens to use horse to plow the ground. Gifted a chèvre cheese that was made on the farm. It tasted heavenly and guess if we should drive by and buy cheese when we drive by! We had a great time and will be back in the future. The minus was that GPS showed incorrectly, I'm local known so it went very well. But important for those who are not locally known🙂 Reidun

We were very happy with the space, which was neat, clean, and spacious. Hans-Petter had gathered all the instructions in a guide, which made it very easy for us. The cabin was close to the cross-country track and the ski center, which was very convenient.
