Vacation home in a field edge location

Beautiful bright approx. 70 m² apartment with large terrace. Very quiet location on the edge of the field. Bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Private access to the apartment. Parking in the yard and on the street. Sandbox, swing, slide and children's vehicles await you. Fresh eggs from our own chickens, seasonal fruits and vegetables as well as honey from our own bees can be purchased.

Anneliese country house

The country house "Anneliese" is very idyllically located above the small village of Engelstadt in Rheinhessen, surrounded by nature and good air. Here you and your family will find peace and quiet. Not far from the UNESCO World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley and the state capital of Mainz, there are many possibilities: wineries and wine taverns ensure physical well-being and bike paths lead through the vineyards to the Rhine, where numerous castles can be visited.

Living in Wingert 02

The 30 square meter non-smoking apartment in the heart of Rheinhessen is located in the Spielstraße, less than 2 minutes' walk from the playground. Behind it, the small Welzbach stream flows, which separates the place from the vineyards with countless hiking possibilities. The apartment has cable TV, kitchenette incl. a fridge and, of course, a bathroom with shower and toilet. A crib and highchair can be provided. If you have any questions, just let me know.

Fantastic getaway

Our newly renovated farmhouse from 1721 is perfect for a wonderful break for up to 5 guests. The beautiful half-timbered house is located in the historic, listed courtyard in the middle of 3000 m² of terraced garden and courtyard property. Our spacious (80 m²) main apartment is on the completely renovated ground floor. On the first floor is the cozy owl's nest for 2 people. Bathroom and fully equipped, new bodega-style kitchen are also on the ground floor.

Feel good in the vineyards

Take a vacation in the luxurious ambiance of our guest house. It is part of our vineyard and integrated into our farm building. Closest neighbour is about 100 m away. The 4-hectare farmhouse is idyllically located among the vineyards and is accessible at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please don't book!

Family-friendly apartment in a quiet location. Ideal for relaxing or for tours of any kind nearby. Surrounded by nature reserves and also many wineries, short destinations are easily accessible on foot or by bike. Mainz, Wiesbaden, Eltville are approx. 20 minutes, Rüdesheim or Frankfurt in 30-40 minutes (by car). The apartment is in our detached house, with separate entrance and terrace and is suitable for families with up to 2 children.

Room in a cozy farmhouse

We offer a small guest room in our cozy romantic farmhouse. The room is located in our barn and is equipped with a shower and sink. The toilet is located separately in the courtyard. The kitchen in the separate seminar house can also be used. The cozy courtyard invites you to linger. Also ideal for hikers, cyclists or motorcyclists in transit. Recently, we have a paid electric car charging station / wallbox in the yard.

Small apartment in Schwabenheim

You can expect a small place to stay in the middle of the beautiful wine village Schwabenheim an der Selz. The apartment has its own staircase from the courtyard and is very quiet. All around are great wineries, which invite you to many festivals, especially in the spring and summer. Schwabenheim is also a paradise for hikers and cyclists. Within walking distance of the apartment you can start beautiful hiking tours.
