Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gata

Ivana was an excellent host and she responded to all our messages promptly and was extremely helpful. We visited as 6 adults. The property is essentially two apartments. One on the top floor with two bedrooms and one on the ground floor. Both very clean and tidy The pool house is a lovely feature with amazing views of Sunmartin. There are two restaurants and a bar within walking distance and Sunmartin is a 5 minute drive away (approx another 6 restaurants and bars). Tommy's supermarket is also 5 minutes drive away. There are lots of areas locally to swim in the fantastic clear blue sea. Ivana ensures her guests have everything they need to enjoy their time in Selca. If you are looking for an unspoilt part of the world that hasn't yet been hit by tourism then look no further than Villa Diamond.

We had a brilliant stay here - the house and garden are perfect and Marina is a 10/10 host.

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. We had such a lovely time here! Toni and his wife Ivana were very warm and welcoming and gave great recommendations on nearby beaches, restaurants, and other things to do. They even had a few snacks for us when we arrived which was greatly appreciated- made settling in so easy! The pool was beautiful and honestly, the view from the front balcony is breath taking. Splitska is a quiet little town, but has several restaurants within a 2 minute walk from the house. Supetar is only 10 minutes away and has big grocery stores for any needs you may have. Postira is another cute town only 10-15 minutes away as well. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

We had the most wonderful holiday at this villa. Mario and Daria were incredibly helpful and responsive to messages, and Daria’s mother and father who live close by went above and beyond to be hospitable too. It’s not often that you visit a place that you know whole heartedly you will return to one day- and this place was exactly that! Our daughter loved examining all the local insects and she absolutely adored the trampoline- a great bonus. I don’t think any review can do justice to how beautiful this home is. I’m so sad we weren’t able to stay longer!

Jana’s place was delightful! Such a great house with so many perks (pool, cinema room, ping pong) Absolutely loved our stay in this gem of a place. The location is very peaceful and offers views in to the valley. That being said there aren’t any big shops close by so you either need a car or need to do a big shop beforehand. All in all it’s a great place and fantastic spot to get away from things and relax by the pool

The house was absolutely fantastic! Beautiful home with stunning views and the most incredible patio space by the pool. Mariana was so responsive and kind with very helpful local recommendations. Can’t recommend staying at this home enough!

We’ve booked the house for a family vacation. Maja welcomed us wholeheartedly with a smile on her face and with some homemade food. We felt very welcomed from the beginning. The house is very quiet and the perfect place for a retreat and relaxed time. Daytrips to different beaches or the city of Split were easily reachable by car within 1 hour. Around the area of the house, there is not much to do but the house itself offers quite a bit of entertainment (table tennis, pool, whirlpool, darts …) and the garden is the perfect place to enjoy the sun. The hosts were incredibly caring and even made a barbecue for us with local food. Thank you Maja and Marko for this great time.

Vlado’s place was excellent! Had everything you could need and well situated. It’s an easy 20 min walk from the ferry and 5 mins away from a lovely beach with the clearest water. The local supermarket and restaurants are also short walks away and it is nice and quiet. A great place to stay ❤️

Fantastic accommodation, would highly recommend to stay here! Iris was flexible with check-in, there were some suggestions with local restaurants which were quite helpful. We loved our stay here.

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment 2 mins walk to the most beautiful beach & same to the harbour ... A lovely apartment spacious for 2 with all u need and a comfortable bed ..There is a hotel built in front but still has a seaview with a beautiful sunset every evening. When we got off the ferry there was no taxi and a long wait for the bus without even asking Vinko offered to pick us up. We had a late flight so he allowed us to change in his home and store our luggage so we could spend the last day enjoying Postira ..On request he organised a taxi at a good price to take us back to the ferry . We will definitely be back Vinko u are a gentleman:))

We enjoyed our time at Kikica. Peaceful, nice surroundings, easy and short access to the beach which we really enjoyed. In the house you’ll find everything you can imagine, from shower gels to plastic bags for ice cubes :) very clean! Ana was very responsive though messages for any advice it help. Unfortunately we didn’t meet but maybe next time because we are coming aging for shure. Thank you Ana!

A perfect place for a relaxing and central holiday The place was easy to find and very central. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity – bakery and supermarket are only a minute away. The apartment is new, very clean, offers plenty of storage space and is thoughtfully equipped. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need – and more: even a dishwasher including tabs was available. In the bathroom, there is a spacious shower as well as a washing machine with detergent - super practical. The outdoor area invites you to linger - ideal for enjoying your breakfast before you can walk to the beautiful Brzet beach in a few minutes and start your day by the sea. You are really in the middle of the action, but live in a very quiet corner, the perfect combination. A big thank you to Anna, our host. Lucijan and his daughter were very helpful and friendly. It is located right across from a Lidl and has private parking. We had no problems at this Airbnb and would absolutely stay again!

The villa was on an amazing location with beautiful nature nearby. The villa stands on a steep hill but it is definitly worth it. The host was really nice and helped on multiple occasions when we needed help. The villa itself is very spacious and very nice to stay in. Overall we were totally satisfied with this amazing stay :)

I think Villa Lemo might be the nicest AirBnB we've stayed at. It was lovely and spacious for a family of 4, immaculately clean, and the outdoor space and pool were great. the neighbourhood is very peaceful, but only 10 mins walk to the harbour and old town. We're used to arriving at AirBnBs and having to go out almost immediately to buy toilet rolls, coffee etc - Sandra's place had everything we needed, including toiletries and beach towels, for our entire stay. Sandra and Tony were great hosts - they answered any questions really quickly, and otherwise we barely knew they were there, even though they live next door. Will definitely return if we ever find ourselves in Bol again!

Smooth process, there were no problems. We had a great time. The host was always easy to reach, responded quickly and was very friendly.

Stellar host, hands down the best host we have ever had on Airbnb. Always responsive and provided excellent recommendations on restaurants, activities and miscellaneous requests (anything from nail salon to tennis court reservation)! Greeted us in person upon arrival, showed us around the house which made us feel right at home and safe! 11/10

Staying at Katarina's Airbnb was an unforgettable experience! She is an amazing, sweet, and welcoming host who truly goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The house itself is absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and surrounded by nature. The views are breathtaking, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The area is incredibly private and quiet making it the perfect retreat for anyone seeking peace and relaxation. A few things to note, be prepared to drive, as you'll need a car to navigate the narrow streets uphill leading to the property. At first, the drive can seem daunting, but soon it becomes part of the adventure. The house is powered by solar panels, so there is no air conditioning, which we knew ahead of time. Although it occasionally got quite hot, we really appreciated the eco-friendly approach and adapted to it. Overall, it was a magical stay, and we are already looking forward to our next visit ❤️🌊🫒✨

Beautiful villa in a beautiful location that has everything you need, would recommend to all!

We had a brilliant time at Iva’s home. The house and pool were clean, the beds comfortable, plenty of towels available. The aircon was very welcome as the weather was mid 30s Due to flight times we arrived at 10 am and Iva allowed us to store our luggage in her garage until the house had been cleaned and check in at 3. Iva told us where the nearest beach was and very kindly offered that she could pick us up when she saw our young grandchildren explaining that there are 300 steps back up from the beach. The children loved spending time in the pool. There were a few utensils missing and Iva purchased these for us. On our arrival Iva presented us with a bottle of cherry liquor which had been made locally. We would be happy to return and would recommend this property to others.

Zeljka was an extremly kind hostess and answered all our questions very fast. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this fantastic villa. Everything was fresh and clean and with plenty of things to do. Recommend this to everyone looking for a calm, relaxing, beautiful vacation.
