The house is a summer cottage built in 1950 and was renovated and expanded in 1980, renovated again in 2000 and most recently renovated in 2022. A typical summer cottage in a rustic environment decorated with modern kitchen and modern toilets. The decor is rustic and tasteful.

Fantastic views of the sea from the mountains. Proximity to many points of interest along the Bohus coast. The location couldn't be more amazing! Don't forget the fishing rod!

The outdoor toilet with lighting and water, has guaranteed Sweden's most beautiful view. Outdoor shower with hot water protected from view. Boating experience is required to get to the privately-owned island. Dock at the jetty with a stable plastic boat about 5 m with a 9 hp outboard motor, good for fishing from. Swim at the child-friendly sandy beach opposite.

Only 5 minutes from the exit on E6 800 meters to the nearest swimming area with salt water. Short distance to Torreby Golf Club and salmon fishing in Örekilsälven. Gross area of the cabin is approx. 25 square meters. Single beds can easily be moved and turned into a double bed, 160x200 cm. Covered terrace for relaxation outside.

Welcome to Lyckebro's old school! Here you live simply but comfortably with proximity to some of Bohuslän's main gems. We have three twin rooms and one double room (continental bed 160 cm wide). The rooms are 10-12 sqm. Our guests have access to the garden and our newly built orangery. Cleaning is not included in the price, as a guest you clean yourself, however, there is the possibility to buy cleaning for SEK 800. The host couple live in the school's old teacher's residence with a separate entrance.

The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, toilet and washer/dryer. The loft has two 90 cm mattresses. Nice patio with the possibility of relaxation and barbecue.

Despite its small size, there is a simple kitchen, dining area, toilet and a comfortable and secluded sleeping area with a 140 cm bed. Outside, there is also a private balcony, a private outdoor shower with hot water and cold water and a larger gravel patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue.

Large lawn outside and on the other side of the road is the wharf. The ferry to Hamburgo is located around 100m south.

Vakna till helt tyst natur, bada från egen brygga och avsluta kvällen med grill och solnedgång över sjön! Smakfullt renoverad stuga med sängplatser för 6 personer fördelat på tre sovrum. Stugan ligger ensamt intill sjön vilket gör att läget är helt ostört och fridfullt! Trots sitt lugna och fridfulla läge är det inte mer än ca 10 minuter till livsmedelsaffär och 25 minuter till köpcentrum. Svamp- och bärplock finns runt knuten! Plasteka och åror finns att låna.
