It has a beautiful, bright bathroom with a bathtub, vanity and toilet. Just one street away is the natural swimming pool with indoor pool. The beautiful village park with lake as well as restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, doctors, hairdresser etc. are reachable in a few minutes' walk.

We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.

In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

Our large garden with old oaks, (the oak processionary moth was professionally vacuumed and disposed of by a specialist company) invites you to linger. On the private terrace there are sun loungers and on request a fire bowl ready to enjoy the time in nature. Discover the surroundings by bike or on foot right in front of the trailer door.

The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
