Beautiful stay at Monsegur. Very private, peaceful stay with friendly locals. Julien is wonderful- nothing is too much bother and we visited his parents family run restaurant which was opposite the house and our favourite place to eat during our stay. Kids loved the pool and garden. Highly recommend.

This lovely cottage has been in this family since 1896. It was lovingly restored to keep the old wine-country feel but add every modern amenity. It is extremely clean, well provisioned, and very comfortable. It is also very secure, not isolated, and very quiet. A few kms up the road is our favorite village in all of France, Saint-Emilion, with literally dozens of name vineyards/wineries closeby. Pomerol is next door as well. One of the very best rentals ever - and we have done dozens. We will be back. We love this cottage.

Mehdi is very kind. The cottage is beautiful and with everything you need available. The decor is very neat. Mehdi takes care of his guests with nice touches and good advice (small grocery store, book explaining the cottage and what to do in the area,...)

The hosting was very warm and friendly. We benefited from sound advice to visit the tourist sites of this beautiful region. The cottage is ideally located in the middle of the greenery. A peaceful and quiet place but very close to Condom. A spacious, comfortable, clean and very well-equipped cottage. We were delighted with our stay. Valérie and Franck.

We come several times a year, and love Jérôme's house and its exceptional environment. We hope that each time previous guests respect this place and leave nothing behind, which is not always the case. We took down a large glass bag, throw away perishable food and 2 garbage bags full of used toilet paper! Dishes were greasy and poorly washed. What a shame. Nathaniel and Patrice have curated an exceptional guest experience. The apartment is beautifully decorated with antiques, lovely artwork and interesting objects. The location was perfect - close enough to walk everywhere but also very quiet. They thought of every amenity we could have asked for - and more. The coffee and tea station, the sweets, treats and fresh fruit were wonderful. Nathaniel was the most welcoming host we have met. He greeted us warmly even though we were delayed, he was responsive during our stay, and he met us for check out and helped with our bags. I hope to be back here again soon!

The village of Gensac is tucked away in the lovely Saint-Émilion countryside. The one-time convent feels like a special place, a quiet and peaceful retreat to return to after our days visiting Bordeaux, Saint-Émilion, Bergerac, and environs. The suite is spacious, very clean, has useful amenities, and we settled in easily. A vase of fresh flowers on the dining table and a bottle of local wine were nice touches that we especially appreciated. John was a helpful, informative, and friendly host. We enjoyed meeting him and will remember our stay there fondly. Thank you, John.
