Holiday rentals with a balcony in Garonne

We had a great weekend in this ideally located apartment!

Great apartment to enjoy Mimizan-Plage. We spent a week at 4 (2 parents, 2 children) very nice in the middle of August. Very well located apartment (in a cul-de-sac), quiet with an ideal location by the beach and town (great restaurants from 20m around). The interior is well renovated with decor both sober and nice, clean: note that we found the bedding (double bed only) a little too firm for our sensitive backs;-). A small hallway at the entrance on the ground floor, allows you to store boards and other beach stuff. Welcome by the impeccable Interhome agency, everything is done to have a beautiful stay, attentive and responsive. We'll be back:-)

We recently concluded a 2-month stay in this penthouse apartment and had a generally positive experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the spacious and inviting terrace, which offered a fantastic outdoor space to relax and enjoy the views. Additionally, the availability of private parking and the apartment’s excellent location added much convenience to our visit. However, we did encounter a few issues upon arrival. The house was not completely clean, and we found that the bathtub was broken, which made it impossible for us to take a bath. Additionally, the absence of a curtain in the bathroom meant that water would end up everywhere during showers. These were minor inconveniences in an otherwise fantastic stay. Despite these drawbacks, we greatly enjoyed our time here.

We had a really nice time in the apartment and the location as well as the view are just fantastic. But it may be good to know that the apartment is clearly dark when it looks in the pictures, and that you have to bring or buy a lot yourself. Sheets, towels, dish soap, dishwashing sponge and a garbage bag that is too small are provided by the agency. So this apartment does not implement the often usual practice, in which the basics left by holiday guests such as oil, vinegar, salt, coffee, etc. remain after departure, so that the next guests will find a base and, if necessary, refill and expand, so that all have only a small effort. That's a shame and means that you really have to bring or buy all these things yourself: toilet paper, garbage bags, all spices, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, etc. If you adjust to it, you can have a great time there.

superb house with large garden and well located, the outdoor furniture is however limited but especially as the rental goes through the agency, it is necessary to provide all the small basic amenities (dish towels, bath mats, etc.) which emerges a little from the concept of Airbnb, but otherwise nothing to say, the house is very nice and rather spacious despite a single bathroom

We had a great stay in a pleasant and relaxing setting. We recommend it!

Good place that we took for a weekend with friends. Clean and spacious. Well located. Attention, it is indicated for 7 people but only 6 beds in the house (the 7th is a simple sofa).

Fantastic location, a great home for a large family. The pool and space was excellent. only criticism was the hot water for the showers doesn't last long if lots of people are staying. highly recommend the house and local area. contis beach is a must.

Very well located family home at the foot of the beach. Winter stay so few people. Heart of town within walking distance of 10 minutes, easily with all the shops nearby. Bedrooms downstairs and living room upstairs. Parking space. Responsive hosts. Amazing views of the ocean and its sunsets.

Lovely place and we will look forward to going back.

A house certainly small but in the beautiful winter city and very functional. Very quiet environment, close to market halls, beach and train station. Small downside to the house: only one WC and not separate.
