Ideally located, 10 minutes walk from Gare d 'Arcachon and 100 meters from the pedestrian shopping street with many restaurants. Very nice beach facing the residence (Plage Thiers). The famous Thiers Pier is 200 meters away from which fireworks on July 14 and August 15 are pulled each year.
