Nice little place close to all the most beautiful villages in Périgord. The accommodation is very good for two, and special mention for the hot tub! Amanda was a lovely and responsive host. Recommended!

Very pleasant, clean and very quiet cottage. Good communication with Arnaud who quickly lifted our stress on arrival. In the space, everything is set up to make you immediately feel very comfortable. The only less positive point is the toilet that is not closed, which can be inconvenient. We had a very nice stay despite the bad weather.

We had a great Christmas at Frédéric's. The setting is superb, the house welcoming and Frédéric is a very good host. The place is ideal for finding calm and serenity. Many walks to do nearby, the area is beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at Jacqueline's. The place was just perfect for recharging your batteries. We were able to fully enjoy the surrounding woods and beautiful landscape. The place was very clean, decorated with lots of charm, and most importantly, the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. This is a perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature. This is our first Christmas away from home, so a stranger's home. We were received by Nathalie with a big smile and kindness. She even surprised us by setting up a Christmas tree and preparing a fire in the stove. Amazing! Our stay went wonderfully. A home where the living is good, where the decoration was done with care and passion. It feels good there, a real cocoon. And in addition, a magnificent view! And so, a taste of "come back" settles in, to discover the region this time. A negative point? Yes, our stay... much too short ;-) Thanks again Nathalie, for hosting us.

We spent the weekend at David's house because guests at a wedding nearby, the listing perfectly matched the house, David was a responsive and attentive host. Our stay was very nice.

We had a wonderful week at Coucou Cottage. The cottage is very well equipped and is beautifully styled and furnished throughout. Thédirac is a peaceful village, surrounded by gorgeous countryside. We enjoyed our morning trip to the boulangerie and there was so much to do in the area, we need to come back so we can do more! Rachel is a wonderful host, who made us feel extremely welcome and at home, we throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Robert was the perfect host and we enjoyed our time staying at his charming lodge overlooking the Pyrenees and shared many stories with him over a bottle of fine red wine! Therefore we highly recommend that you stay there and have a fantastic time; the previous reviews are accurate and next year we might return and revisit the beautiful Gers region

Beautiful and peaceful setting. A small haven of peace in the heart of nature. The "garden" is actually a forest at your disposal, the perfect playground for dogs! Pleasant and functional accommodation, very friendly and responsive hosts. We will come back without hesitation!

We have just spent a very relaxing 2 weeks at Naomi's lovely gite. The property itself was very clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed; we especially liked the covered terrace off the kitchen and the pool area. The gite is in a very peaceful, secluded location but within easy reach of plenty of picturesque bastide towns. The closest, Villeréal, is only a 10 minute drive away and has plenty of cafes, restaurants and food shops as well as weekly markets and evening food markets - it was really lovely. Naomi and her family are fantastic hosts - very welcoming, helpful and friendly. A great holIday let!

We had a lovely stay. The environment is very exotic, in direct contact with nature. We woke up with lake views, under the pines and with birdsong. Various activities available, including the heated pool, a very nice activity in winter. 😊 Thanks to Chantal for her responsiveness and kindness. We recommend this listing.

Murray andTracy were wonderful hosts who were very welcoming and friendly. They left basic supplies like bread, milk, cheese etc so we had something to eat on arrival. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They even invited us to join a group of their friends to a concert in Duras There was a variety of herbs, spices and cooking oils, as well as plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking pots so we had everything we could possibly need. The property was tastefully decorated and furnished with lots of pictures so it felt very homely.

Excellent 4-day weekend with 6 friends + 1 dog at Roger and Suzanne's! They were very welcoming and warm. We particularly appreciated the wooded setting, with the presence of colorful peacocks. The house matches the listing, so we were able to rest peacefully during this charming stay, to be recommended!
