Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! From your door there are peaceful footpaths guiding you all the way up to Itonskopf and the Kappelbahn chairlift just a 5 minute drive away. Forage for mushrooms in the enchanting forest, ski till you drop, get covered in mud on the off-road bike trails, picnic on the summits and sunbathe or stargaze from your private garden. Am Walde is a magical place for everyone.

Das Chalet 2 bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen. Es verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, einen Essbereich mit angrenzender Terrasse, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Skiraum, eine Außensauna mit Ruhebereich im Freien. Im Carport kann ein Elektrofahrzeug aufgeladen werden. Alle Bereiche des Chalets stehen ausschliesslich unseren Gästen des Chalet 2 zur Verfügung. Es gibt kostenloses WiFi und 2 Fernseher mit Satellitenempfang und Zugang zu Streaming-Angeboten (eigene Codes verwenden).

After active days on slopes or hiking trails, relax on the sun terrace, in the wellness area with heated pool, hot tub and sauna or enjoy the mountain panorama.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.
