Visiting family In Colton area so Very good location and near temple Newsam for our child. Nice features in the property with the exposed beams. Slight issue on the second night but holly was very responsive and helped rectifying the issue for us. Would stay again when visiting family

We stayed for two nights, with young children, to visit Stockeld Park. Communication was great, Elizabeth messaged the day before to let us know how to access the house and messages on the day to let us know the house was ready. The kitchen had everything we needed (including foil, oil, tea bags and a pint of milk - useful essentials!) and a lovely hamper of treats. She has clearly thought about what guests might need, including multi-option chargers in every room, hangars, hot water bottle and toiletries. The house was warm with plenty of hot water. Beds were comfy. A lovely short stay with a helpful host, thank you :)

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautifully presented and organised and in a great central location for visiting nearby tourism attractions. We’d definitely recommend.

Martin welcomed us on arrival, he is the most friendly, welcoming host. He explains everything thoroughly. The place was spotlessly clean & very stylish & high end. We would have stayed longer but unfortunately we had other commitments. Highly recommended.
