Welcome to Rosete Family Farms-Guest House! We live on a classy organic blueberry farm! It is a beautiful modern 1,400 sqft farmhouse that is very relaxing! It also has a 1,200 sqft event center attached and courtyard area that can be rented separately to host events or retreats. Our Airbnb guests which includes 10 people or under still have access to use the event center for meals , yoga or activities. Our ladies groups love taking advantage of the beautiful space for their amazing weekends!

Located right across street from Beaver Lake as well as the Lost Bridge Village Community Pool and Recreation Center which offers a playground, workout equipment & indoor games, Shuffleboard, horseshoes pits and more! This 3150 sq. ft. home has 2 different living areas and plenty of space and beds to sleep up to 16 people. 2 different levels of outdoor decks where the views get even better!

Modern White Oak Cabin

The home is unique to the area and features a casual, modern space that is peaceful and welcoming. Situated in a somewhat remote location in the woods that surround Beaver Lake. It is 30 min from Crystal Bridges Museum and about 45 min from Eureka Springs. It is part of Lost Bridge Village and about 10 min from Marina that rents boats. LGBT friendly and great for sailors, divers, couples, solo adventurers. The site is quite steep however and not for everyone. Wifi often goes out in storms.

This is the main floor of a home with a basement, so basement guests may be staying below you, please be respectful! This is the perfect place to rest your head while on your NWA adventure!

Located within walking distance (around 5 min, not directly in front of the house) to the shore where you can take a quick swim and two State Parks, Lost Bridge North and Lost Bridge South (approx 4 mile). Both parks offer a swimming area and a boat ramp where you can launch your boat. The Marina, located at Lost Bridge North, also offers boat rentals and overnight slip rental.

The cabin was wonderful! We would enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch swing in the morning watching deer walking around! It was so peaceful and tranquil. At night we would sit on the porch and watch lightning bugs twinkling in the night while listening to all of the night birds. We really enjoyed our stay and we look forward to going back!

I can’t say enough great things about this space and these hosts!!! They are SO accommodating and kind. The space was truly breathtaking, the drive back to the house held some of my favorite sites also. It’s so easy to enjoy outside time while there, as they have multiple porches all with outdoor furniture, even a ping pong table! We loved walking down to the lake from the property too! The inside is cozy, accommodating, and felt just like home. It was such a wonderful getaway, I hope to make it back soon! 🤍

We have a large family that was attending a wedding in Eureka Springs. This place had plenty of room for us and bathrooms to get ready and was 30 minutes from the venue. Everyone complimented the comfy beds which was so important being away from home. We also had time to enjoy a night around the fire pit with smores. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.
