What a fantastic place to stay. We loved the peaceful location and the host was great. We travelled into Florence (within 90 mins drive) to see Michelangelo's david and Pisa is around 60 minutes away. Coming back to this venue from the city is an absolute dream. The local area is also beautiful and villages around the venue are well worth exploring. Will definitely look to book venue again if travelling to this part of the world.

I wish I could rate this as six stars. Everything about the location, apartment and host was spectacular. The view of the hills and mountains in the distance were worth the drive. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything we could want was provided. Mathieu is warm, friendly, and very helpful with his suggestions which were spot on.

We had a pleasant stay with a large apartment and a small, cozy outdoor area. Very good welcome from Marcello. He gave us the keys himself and not in a key box which is impersonal. Very good communication with Marcello, very available to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Marco's place is one-of-a-kind, a small house equipped with everything above the beach resort, right on the beach, offers the possibility to eat on your private terrace overlooking the sea, the excellent restaurant (excellent fish!!) right next to the resort offers the service of bringing you the restaurant dishes to your home!!! Federico and Giuseppe were exceptional, always ready and smiling like all of Marco's staff, truly unparalleled, the host also proved incredibly flexible for every type of situation really 6 stars! There’s something very special about this home and its surroundings. It’s both serene and spiritual. A charming old farmhouse, with the most beautiful greenery all around it, (many olive and fig trees) and stone pathways to lead your way. Beatrice is so helpful and sweet. She is lovely to talk to. She is available when needed, yet allows you privacy. She also let us have the opportunity for a late check out. Getting to Florence from the home is a 35-45 minute drive, but there are many surrounding towns that Beatrice helps you to navigate. If ever I return, this will be where I stay. Thank you Beatrice!

Thanks to the host for their kindness. municipal swimming pool 2 minutes' walk away (swim caps mandatory). the tram to go to Florence is a 10-minute drive, it will cost you 0.30 euros for the highway to get there. parking is 7 euros if you stay there for more than 10 hours. tram tickets are 1.70 euros one way. but it's a great way to get to Florence, about 30 minutes from the villa. trams leave around every 6/7 minutes, until 11:30 p.m. Thanks to the host for his advice. The garage for the car is a plus. We even got a very good cake from the host on the last day. Thank you

I never leave comments for hotels and restaurants, but this experience deserves a few minutes to underline the commitment and availability of Mauro and Davide, exquisite and extremely kind people. it was just like being at home, but at the seaside!! The apartment is equipped with all amenities and really equipped with anything, the location is amazing!! Once you cross the road you are on the promenade and on foot you can easily get everywhere. I have two small children and in the apartment I found all the comforts for them too... dishes, cot, sheets etc... also the communication with Agnese, Davide's co-host, was really always responsive, very friendly and helpful to make the most of our stay. We will definitely be back!!

Monthly stay with wife and young child very successful. The apartment is well located, in a quiet area, on the river, the location allows you to explore the northern part of Tuscany. Everywhere about an hour away by car or train. The apartment is clean, well and practically equipped, the Internet allows you to work remotely. The host is very contactable and quick to help when in doubt.

A really impeccable stay! The house is simply perfect: cared for in every detail and incredibly equipped — I have never found such a complete accommodation, with everything you need (and more!) to feel truly at home. The owner was very kind and always attentive to everything, available and caring from the first to the last moment. A rare hospitality that really makes a difference. Cozy house, well furnished, with spa and gym, equipped with every comfort, everything manages to make even the days of bad weather spectacular! Andrea is always ready and available for any need, he made us spend a memorable weekend. Highly recommended!!

We were there as a group and had a wonderful vacation. The single location is very idyllic with fabulous views of the valley and over the olive trees. The villa was very well equipped( kitchen everything you can imagine, additional fridge, washing machine +dryer...) you noticed that the house is also used privately and was therefore also decorated with a lot of love for detail. The style is very comfortable. Beds very comfortable, screens on all windows. We were very enthusiastic about the pizza oven, as well as the pool. We spent most of our time at the house due to the heat and the very steep driveway (gravel path, partly rinsed out, two sharp turns). A car for activities and shopping is a must-see.

Its our 3rd time in a row that we stayed at Serena's place, as usual it was amazing. It feels like home, due to the privacy we have at the house, but feels like home too because Serena and her family are one of a kind hosts! Thank you for having us, we hope to see you next year! We enjoyed our stay. Starting with the check-in, the stay went smoothly. The apartment invites you to relax and feel good away from many people. For two people, there is really more than enough space. We found the apartment to be very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, we were unable to test the pool due to the temperatures. No wish was left unfulfilled for us. Supermarkets are super to reach by car within 10-15 minutes. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay away from the city. The sea is usually about 20 minutes' drive away, depending on the location - just perfect.

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!
