Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

The house, along with the garden for exclusive guest use, consists of 2 double bedrooms, each with a bathroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, the garden features a hot tub, a gazebo with a dining table, a barbecue, and sun loungers. Guests will have access to private parking.

Ca' De' Ermete

Passed down from generation to generation, this carefully restored ruin, maintaining the typical characteristics of the time, is immersed in the nature of the first village of Fossola di Tramonti. Along the 535 Fossola-Monesteroli trail (FAI heart place). Ideal home for those who want to take a break from the hectic city life and enjoy a pleasant vacation among the vineyards of the 5 Terre National Park. It can only be reached on foot (10 min from the parking lot)

This newly renovated cottage is situated in a historic private estate immersed among secular olive trees and stone walls. The whole living space, which includes an entirely equipped kitchen, opens on the terrace thanks to the huge patio window offering a breathtaking view on the Gulf of Portovenere. There are two separate bedrooms with closets and French windows opening on the terrace, and a bathroom. The laundry area is in a separate adjoining space.

Classica casa colonica di due piani totalmente indipendente inserita nel parco di una villa lucchese del '500, villa Galliani. La casa è stata interamente ristrutturata e ha a disposizione un parcheggio con un giardino privato. Si trova nella zona della ville lucchesi, tra i vigneti con le uve per la produzione del vino Doc delle Colline Lucchesi e gli oliveti da cui si ricava l'olio extravergine d'oliva Dop di Lucca.
