Unique, authentic and clean! We were looking for a place where to stay in the mountains and still have the Italian authentic small vila - and we found it. It was rainy when we stayed, but it didn’t changed our plans and the vibe as the villa itself has the coziness that fits any weather. Highly recommended place to stay if you want to feel the unique and authentic vibe.

We had a fantastic stay in the cottage for nine nights. Villa Alta is in a beautiful location and the grounds around the house are so well maintained. We enjoyed both the shared pool and our own private terrace with hot tub. The cottage itself was spotlessly clean and perfect for our needs. It was a perfect base for us to explore the area. Raffaella was so friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the villa on a couple of occasions. We would highly recommend a stay here.

A magnificent stay to say the least! Perfect for those who need to get away from the routine, they love nature and walks! Absolutely recommended.

Sara and Brian are truly amazing hosts—proactive, kind, and fascinating to talk to. Their home is enchanting, like stepping into a real fairytale. You can feel how much love and care they’ve poured into every detail. It’s one of the most spectacular places we’ve ever stayed in! Not only is the house and the garden magical, but it’s also so practical and thoughtfully equipped, providing everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable. The gym was fantastic, and the house had plenty of space for two families. Even with 2 adults and 4 “monkeys” (our energetic kids), there was room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and celebrating New Year’s Eve with fireworks lighting up the entire region was an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Sara and Brian, for sharing your incredible home with us. We can’t wait to return!!!

La Chicca Blu is a true gem, offering everything you need for a serene and relaxing getaway. The garden and pool enjoy plenty of sunlight throughout the day, while the trees and awning provide perfect shaded spots when needed. Marzia, the host, is warm and welcoming, ensuring a comfortable stay while respecting your privacy. She is attentive but unobtrusive, allowing you to feel as if you're in your own private summer retreat. This is the ideal place for a peaceful escape in a beautiful setting.

We really enjoyed our holiday at cas nel bosco, the house is very quiet and close to nature. We liked that very much. The pool and the garden offer total relaxation. We already miss everything very much. In the valley it was often 32 degrees in the first week and upstairs in the house it was very pleasant. The pool was super refreshing. The house has everything you need and the small village of Medicina is very charming. The access road is narrow and very winding, but we also saw some wildlife. Communication with Francesca and Paola was straightforward and enquiries were answered immediately. Thank you very much, we had a great holiday.

Martina’s cabin is magical and her hospitality is amazing! The drive up was twisty and steep, with some beautiful views along the way. The second my family and I walked in, we were hit with the warmth of two wood fires that had been lit in anticipation of our arrival and it made the cabin so welcoming, comfortable, and cozy. We had everything we needed and more and it was just the right amount of space for my little family of four. We enjoyed a walk up the quiet road to take in the vistas again in the evening. It was so peaceful and such a wonderful experience staying here we only wished we could have stayed longer than one night. I would highly recommend Martina’s place for anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful, setting in a unique, authentic, cozy cabin. I hope I will get to visit again someday!

Nice and quiet place. Beautiful views of the hills .Lost of outdoor space and sweet distance sound of the church bell. Lovely place to get back too after a busy day elsewhere.

There is no need to use redundant words to say how much we enjoyed ourselves; it is evident that in Sandra's delightful little house everything has been arranged to make the stay of the guests as pleasant as possible. Cleanliness, amenities, location, parking space, tranquility of the area... and the list could go on and on; and then what about Sandra, a person of extraordinary radiance who welcomes her guests with a smile that is like a hug... thank you very much and congratulations, we hope to return!

if you are looking for peace, relaxation, no people around you. this accommodation is perfect. shop as a small trip beforehand. so you don't have to leave the accommodation unnecessarily. there are few restaurants and the corner. about 10 minutes by car, you get to a beautiful Italian pup. great place to unwind. We will be happy to come back !!

We, 2 couples a baby and a dog, enjoyed our week at this lovely location. After a quite rocky and adventurous road, the house is situated in the midst of the beautiful tuscan landscape with wine hills and olive trees. From the lovely pool which was only for us we enjoyed those lovely views. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped, including a nice barbecue ourside. Florence is reachable within about 45 minutes by car and there are two little towns about 10-15 minutes away with big grocery stores, restaurants and gelaterias. Andrea and Gianni were super helpful, responsive and lovely hosts. We would highly recommend Le Spugne.

An oasis with incredible vision!!! We didn't want to leave this great place. Francesca welcomed us warmly and led us to the house, where a paradise awaited us. Light backpack and hiking shoes are actually a "must" on the way to the cottage, as the path there is sometimes very rocky. We loved the hike up the original path. If you travel by car, you have to find a parking space for it. This can be a costly affair but common in the area and should not deter you. Thank you for your impressive hospitality, Francesca!

We had a great time at Fabio's place. The cottage in the mountains is a small oasis of peace and relaxation and leaves nothing to be desired! Fabio welcomed us very warmly and went out of her way to make the stay unforgettable. Thanks!!!

It was a very nice week in Tuscany despite the rather rainy weather. The house is wonderful, large, warm, with all the amenities. There is also a wonderful yard with a barbecue, which we did not get to enjoy much, but the fault is only the weather. But our parking place was very convenient. There is complete peace and quiet, it is very relaxing. The location is great - very close to the A11, in 1 hour you can get to Florence, 30-40 minutes to Pisa, 15-20 minutes to Lucca. And to countless other Tuscan beauties. Thank you to Graziella and Marco for the beautiful home, the wonderful welcome and the care they took for us!

Located in a beautifully situated village, perfect for disconnecting and exploring the nature and cities of Lucca, Pisa ... Lorenzo is a great host, great at communication and very warm. The accommodation itself is top modern, just like in the pictures and complemented by a great, shared pool ideal for a vacation.

What a beautiful accommodation in the tuscan countryside! We stayed here as a family of four and enjoyed Irenes wonderful house and garden. By car you can reach Lucca or the beach easily. Be aware of the steep dirt road leading to the house - an appropriate car is needed. We hope to be back soon - thank you, Irene!

We enjoyed the house in Torre, as the first house in Tuscany it was wonderful to arrive with attention and pampering of Stefania and her mother and father. Close to Lucca, a great base. A private parking space and privacy. The communication was very good. A house to enjoy outside with all those outdoor terraces. Thank you. It was very nice!

We had a fantastic stay at Daniele's place in Pavullo nel Frignano. From the moment we arrived, Daniele made us feel welcome and at home. The warm welcome also included local delicacies, a few products in the fridge and a bottle of delicious Lambrusco. The house was perfect: clean, well maintained and equipped with all the comforts we needed. The garden was beautiful and offered a lovely place to relax. The location was also ideal, with easy access to the places of interest in the area. We really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend Daniele's home to anyone looking for a great place to stay. We had a very, very lovely stay. Ivano and Daniela were wonderful hosts. Very welcoming and helpfull. The house was absolutely beautiful and the garden was too. We had everything we needed - also for our child. We would love to come back.

Great recommendation! The cottage is beautiful and stylishly decorated, you immediately feel comfortable. Giada welcomed us warmly, the communication with her was great. She gave good tips and even reserved for ins in the restaurant. In the kitchen there is everything you need. The ladder was no problem for us, we just went through the garden to the upper floor. Surroundings: OMG! Very nice. You have your peace and can walk either up or down to the very pretty places Tellaro and La Serra. However, it is very steep in both directions.

Had wonderful days in the beautiful maisonette. Close to the city and quiet area. Very nice bed and everything was sparkling clean!
